01:23Flores Palace by Acting President Elsie Rodriguez. Motley landed in the Maiketilla Airport of La Guaira around noon,
01:30where she was welcomed by Venezuela's top authorities, including Foreign Minister Félix Placencia,
01:35Deputy Minister for Europe and North America Oliver Blanco, Deputy Minister for the Caribbean Raúl Licausi,
01:42and the Ambassador of Barbados to Venezuela Alquinas G. Clark. The Prime Minister was then
01:47a welcome with an official ceremony by Acting President Elsie Rodriguez at the Mirajal Flores
01:52Palace in Caracas. Motley's visit seeks to fulfill a diplomatic agenda in a deepening cooperation
01:58alliances.

02:18Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Motley, has just arrived in an official visit to continue to strengthen
02:24the bilateral relations that exist between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and Barbados.
02:29This is the first visit to Venezuela this year by the Prime Minister of Barbados. We must recall that
02:36earlier this year, in April, Acting President Elsie Rodriguez, in her first international
02:41visit since assuming the presidency of the country, she traveled to Barbados, and in those bilateral
02:46meetings that took place in April in Barbados, both nations were able to strengthen even more

05:49Norlis was born here, in a house reduced to rubble in a matter of seconds. Amid the remnants that have
05:53become memories, she relives the moment of the collapse.

07:42I met Norelis because, well, we left on the 25th and went to my husband's parents' house in Vila

10:16following the heavy torrential rains that impacted Caracas, Miranda, Aragua, and Zulia on Saturday night.
10:22Following the downpour associated to the passage of Tropical Way No. 40, emergency crews, firefighters,
10:28and local authorities deployed immediately overnight to clear main roadways in record time.
10:34In this context, Rodriguez announced that coordinated efforts continue across affected
10:38states alongside local governors and mayors to assist impacted communities. She emphasized that
10:44preventive maintenance limited the impact while calling for ecological awareness and proper
10:49waste management to avoid street blockages.
10:56In China, floods caused by heavy rainfall in the southern region of Wanshi forced the evacuation
11:01of more than 54,000 people. Those affected were relocated to various locations throughout Wanshi
11:07province, an effort that included the transfer of 8,087 people to emergency shelters. In response to the
11:14situation, the provincial hydrological center maintained a red flood alert for two days after river levels
11:20rose to 11 meters and 19 monitoring situations. This situation is the result of the 19th tifon of the
11:28season in the country, which remains over the Bibu Gulf, causing rainfall in the south with more rain

12:43and fires at multiple e-commerce warehouses and youth facilities in southern Russia. In response,
12:50the Russian Defense Ministry announced retaliatory strikes against Ukrainian port infrastructure
12:54and military supply depots in the Odessa region. Meanwhile, law enforcement authorities in Krasnodar
13:01issued a formal anti-terrorism investigation into the incident. Senior lawmakers and government
13:07officials termed the attack a deliberate act of terror, prompting the opening of a criminal probe
13:12under national statutes. Regional officials reported that the attack was part of a large-scale drone
13:18bearish across the area, which inflicted heavy damage on civilian infrastructure. Consequently,
13:23the Russian Foreign Ministry publicly denounced the escalation, accusing Ukrainian forces of targeting
13:28non-military areas and calling on international monitoring organizations to formally address
13:34civilian casualties in the border region.

16:50reportedly committed 4,379 violations of the ceasefire agreement since it took effect 315 days ago on
16:58October 10, 2025. According to figures shared by Gaza's government media office, the attacks have
17:04resulted in the killing of 1,286 Palestinians leaving 4,257 wounded. In addition, the office said the Israeli
17:12forces have also detained 180 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip during the time period. The body denounced
17:18several violations to the deal including the blockade of aid informing only 66,706 a truck have entered Gaza,
17:27amounting to 35% of the agreed total. In addition, it warned that only 11,759 people have been allowed
