08:46and what did you make of his performance today?
08:50I'm a big fan, not putting too much pressure on him.
08:53But honestly, coming from a long injury back with a really short pre-season
08:59and showing that now in the first match is something special.
09:04I'm just proud to be a part of his development now
09:10because hopefully we have a player with a really bright future.
09:17What was your message to the players after the game?
09:25I cannot repeat everything because then I could get in trouble
09:29and may need to pay some fines.
09:32But overall, I told them that I'm really, really proud for what I saw
09:39over 90 minutes, that this is a really, really top starting point,
09:44a fundament where we can build on this commitment and all this activity
09:50in all phases, intensity in all phases.
09:54We were there for each other if something went wrong.
09:57We acted really like a unit and this is in such a short amount of time
10:00that's a top starting point.
10:03And the frustration was there as well, but these are the challenges
10:07we had now in the pre-season. With that transition phase, it's normal.
10:11And today someone, someone, yes, threw some stones in the way
10:18and we need to take that out to be successful again.

11:01This is already like a high, high standard
11:04and we want to improve on that.
11:06The players who played today, they were young,
11:09many of them were inexperienced in the Premier League,
11:11so they will improve, they will adapt even better.
