00:38We played a team that had a long time to prepare as well and they are really good at what

00:44But I've been really impressed with what I saw today.
00:46And even without a few players injured, you've got the old actors of Ben White, Martin Odegaard and Sefer
00:51sort of coming together and producing goals.
00:54Yeah, we missed them last year. We didn't have them at all. I don't think they played two or three
00:59games together.
01:01So, it was good. It was about the connection between players.
01:03But I really like the inside unit, the outside ones as well. Kai, I think, was exceptional as well.
01:10We had some big individual performances and that's something that we've been demanding.
01:15At this level, I think the players have to be decisive and they were certainly decisive today.

01:23Just going on from what Nick said there, I think Kai, Bucaio and Martin,
01:27who all scored the second start in the Premier League since December 2024,
01:32which shows you how little you can have them.
01:34We talk about transfers a lot, but having the players that exist available must be so key to you.
01:38The main focus has to be that, to improve our players and improve the connection between them
01:42because they are already so good.
01:45When we talk about attacking inputs last season, we missed some of those players for a lot of months,
01:51you know, and the team still had the ability to perform and win a lot of matches.
01:56And when we have them there, that's a bonus.
02:00Do you sense a different feeling in your group when you come here as champions
02:04compared to last year with all that stress and all that desire?
02:08They keep asking me. They look exactly the same to me.
02:12Inside of each player, I don't know what's going on.
02:15What they transmit is more desire and more will to improve, to be better,
02:24than anybody else, and that's what we want to do.
02:27Do you think they look a bit relaxed?
02:30I don't like a lot. They can flow relaxed. No, I think they need to be with the right level
02:37of clarity.
02:37They know how to do it. They know what they have to do.
02:40They look really connected and they play with a lot of purpose, which I really like.

02:52Can you see the comparison at all now?
02:54Well, I love that a player that has been with us just for a few weeks gets this kind of
02:59energy every time he's on the ball.
03:01I think he's earned it. I think the way he has performed in the last few games has been phenomenal.
03:05What he transmits as a player is so direct, so incisive constantly.
03:10He wants to make things happen and he has an incredible variety of actions in the last 30 meetings.

03:19Even the spaces are sometimes really, really small, so I'm very happy with them.
