00:06Now you've won the championship and people see it in like a Jalen Brunson NBA championship.
00:10But how important is it for you to tell young people about the work that came before that to be
00:16an NBA champion?
00:17Yeah, it's very important because it's most of your life.
00:21No one, everyone sees like the championship and sees when you're on top,
00:26but like no one sees the majority of your journey, which is the work you put in.
00:30And so it just doesn't happen overnight.
00:35It's day after day after day.
00:36It's every uphill battle you're going through, every mental hurdle you're going through.
00:41There's so many things that go into a day-to-day to get you to that point.
00:46And so the journey is beautiful.
00:49And I think everyone should cherish it and understand it.
00:53So when you do get to the point where you do win and you do achieve your long-term goal,
00:57it makes it that much better.
00:59Yeah, no doubt about that.
01:00I got to ask you both, what's this summer been like for you?
01:02Because it has changed.

01:07Yeah, I'm sure there's been a lot.
01:08There's been a lot of Meteor Quest.
01:09There's been a lot of different things you've had to do.
01:11But has anything changed for you this summer?
01:15What's just the summer been like for you since winning the championship?
01:18Has anything changed?
01:20Not really.
01:23With me, like personally, it's been a lot though.
01:29Obviously, there's a lot of obligation you have to do, a lot of things that are already
01:35structured into your calendar, a lot of things added in.
01:37So there have been a lot of things of that.
01:40But I've still been trying to make time for my family, still make time for my main job,
01:46recovering.
01:47And so, yes, there's been a lot of added things, but nothing's really changed for me.
