00:04generally, there's often a real appetite for like, what is that silver bullet?
00:07What is the one easy thing that we need to do just to fix everything?
00:11But the world just isn't really like that. There isn't one thing. There are many things.
00:16And again, look, I mentioned, you know, it's a bit like the weekly shop earlier, but I don't know how
00:19you approach it when you get down to your local supermarket.
00:21But for me, you know, it's about making sure I get the best deal on every single thing that I
00:25put in the trolley.
00:26But because what I know is all of that adds up when you get to the till.
00:30And really, that's what it's like with cost of living. There are issues around, you know, as we're addressing today
00:34around the subscriptions and so on as well.
00:36And I mentioned the bus fare and, of course, energy prices, but also the action that we've taken around reducing
00:41business rate for pubs and hospitality as well.
00:43That feeds through to consumers too. But then against that, we're also taking action on wages as well to promote
00:49real wage growth.
00:50So it really is about making sure that at every opportunity, we take every action that we possibly can.
00:57And then at the end of the month, all of these things add up to make people to get people
01:01to a position where they're just better off.
