00:32We've got a lot of work ahead of us.
00:35We've done a lot of work, but we still have more.
00:38And there's not just in DNA,
00:40where labs across the country are working together.
00:43But in forensics, analysis of thousands and thousands of videos,
00:50photos.
00:51And we also have still tens of thousands of tips that come in
00:56and we actively work on them.
00:58So it's a very active investigation.
01:11It's out there.
01:12People have been, media has covered some of this.
01:16And we just saw what was being said and felt like we need to put
01:20something out that's really accurate.
01:24And this was the time.
01:27Investigators felt like there's a number of pieces of information in
01:31these notes that someone might, it just might jar someone to say,
01:36you know, I've heard that.
01:39Or the wording, the style of the writing is,
01:45might jog somebody to kind of think about who would have written this?
01:49How was this done?
01:53I think anybody who reads them, my investigators, we look at it,
01:57and clearly there's things in there that are very concerning to our
02:01investigative team.
02:02So we hope that by releasing the actual note,
02:07we'll get some response from the community.
02:42we think somebody knows something.
02:44We hope that by releasing some of this information,
02:48it will jog somebody to, to, to, to think about what,
02:55a lot of people have called us with information,
02:58but we also know a lot of people are hesitant to do so.
03:02And so I hope that by constantly reminding the public,
03:07we're here, we're not going anywhere.
03:09If you have information, someone knows who this person is.
03:13Someone knows something.
03:15We want that person to call us.
03:17We need that phone call.
03:26You know, there is a, a number of issues have been brought up about
03:31people being cleared of, of this investigation.
03:35You know, we, we served a few search warrants.
03:38Uh, we, uh, talked to the individuals.
03:41Um, and we move on because if the evidence is there,
03:45we continue that path.
03:47Um, but that doesn't mean those individuals are cleared.
03:50It just means that we met with them
03:54because we felt like there was a need.
03:56There was probable cause established through evidence,
04:00tips, whatever, and presented to a court.
04:03And we went on.
04:05Does that mean those individuals are cleared?
04:07Not necessarily.
04:09It just means that we took a look at something
04:12that we was concerning to us.
04:14And now the evidence takes us elsewhere.
04:16But more to that point, I can't be even more clear.
04:21I said this earlier on, and I said again,
04:25the Guthrie family has not, and have not been,
04:30suspects in this investigation.
04:53We, uh, talked with them, uh, worked with them.
05:00They are not suspects.
05:03They are victims.
05:05Victims of a very horrific crime.
05:17We're still here.
05:19We are not going away.
05:21We're, if you could just see the team working,
05:23you would see the energy, uh, the concern.
05:27They're fired up.
05:29And we'll continue to work this case hard.
