00:00We all deserve dignity and death and this was totally denied to our loved ones.
00:06Deep scars remain due to the terrible violations committed against our loved ones.
00:11It is agonising to recall a baby denied a proper cremation and left in a paper bag
00:18on the floor for nearly two years.
00:22Equally heartbreaking and many adults denied a dignified resting place
00:26lest to decompose on shelves to a point where DNA
00:33and dental record testing was necessary for identification.
00:39Alongside this profound disrespect, families were stripped of their life savings through fraud
00:44and charities were robbed of donations meant to honour the deceased, our deceased.
00:51We now have closure from the court proceedings.
00:57But we remind our local MPs that a public inquiry should now be established.
