00:00Hello and welcome back to another exciting episode. Today we are going to
00:05unbox, assemble, not a lot of assemble, but some assembly, and first use of the
00:1440-volt Ryobi, or Ryobi, 2000 PSI, brushless, whisper series, high-performance
00:27advanced technology sprayer. So this brushless power washer, again, is 40-volt.
00:39It is, of course, portable. You can, and you'll see a little bit later, I'll try to
00:45do some demonstration, like for instance over here in the corner. I'm going to try
00:51to power wash that. Now my sighting, as you see on this side, is darker, so it
00:59doesn't really make for that great of a video as far as showing that it gets
01:05clean or not, but hopefully it'll help with that as well. And the cool thing
01:10about this is it has a setting that goes down to a thousand PSI, so you can use it
01:17on things like cars, if you stand back far enough, of course. You don't want to get
01:21too close. And that's about it. Let's get started with the unboxing.
01:33It is packaged very well.
01:36It does say, I can register for a chance to win ten thousand dollars.

02:26Oh, here we go. Includes the 40 volt pressure washer,
02:31a trigger handle, a spray wand, a 25 foot non-marring high pressure hose. I guess that's the 20 foot
02:3925 foot hose.

02:45A 10 foot siphon hose.

02:52right here.
02:54Which means you can bring a big bucket.
02:56Like if you don't have a hose connection, you can just bring a big bucket and that'll be good.

03:08So I have 15 degrees soap and turbo nozzles.
03:12A self-priming adapter and operating manual.
03:18Let's try to get this stuff out here.
03:21Here's one of the, I guess, base handles.

03:30Nozzle goes on the end right there.

03:44That's a spray handle that goes in there.
03:51Kind of twist in place.
03:54Nice.
03:54Oh, here's all the sprayer nozzles and stuff.
04:08And there we got this little plastic piece.
04:11We got the self-priming adapter.
04:14We got one of the sprayer heads.
04:16We got another sprayer head.
04:19And we got another sprayer head.
04:22Not quite sure what that is yet.
04:23Oh, that goes on a hose which goes into the primer head.
04:28Okay, that's it.
04:29Right there.
04:30Okay.
04:31And then we got this little plastic piece which I don't know what that is yet.
04:35Probably another type of sprayer.
04:37We shall see.
04:39And here's all the set screws.

04:43This is the unit itself.
04:50Guess I got to put the wheels on.
04:55Oh, there's the extendable handle.
04:58We're inside here.
05:01That is where the 40 volt power units go in.
05:05And it can take a 4 amp hour or greater.
05:10And it does have two.
05:11The more amp hour you get you put in there.
05:15Like I have some 12 amp hours.
05:17They're going to last a pretty good amount of time.
05:19At least a couple hours.
05:22And then of course you have your on off switch.
05:26Power select.
05:27So you can do a thousand PSI, 1500 PSI, or 2000 PSI.
05:35Nice.
05:35And it has all your starting instructions.
05:41Your important instructions.
05:44Like don't use bleach.
05:45That kind of thing.
05:46In fact, to test things out, I got some Zep.
05:52Now I know this is the house and siding pressure washer cleaner.
05:57Which I am going to use for the house.
06:00But you can kind of just put the soap in there.
06:02And it will mix on its own as needed.
06:06And again, I'll show you how to do that a little bit later.
06:08Let's start putting this thing together.
06:10And test it out.
06:11Now in the operator's manual.
06:18Very good to make sure you figure out where things go.
06:23Because they do have storage areas for all this stuff.
06:27So it doesn't get lost.
06:29But let's go in and make sure that we're putting all these things together correctly.

06:49So you have to use two at the same time.
06:51For the first assembly.

07:03Now when you put on the handle.
07:08Which again does extend.
07:10Pretty good mount too.
07:14All you got to do.

07:30Then you're supposed to put two screws in here.
07:33There's this little detent down here.
07:38You kind of put that in there.
07:41That goes up.
07:42And then this little bar here kind of goes across.

08:00Make sure this is slit all the way up.
08:05Because otherwise it's going to get in the way.

08:10And then this just simply goes right in here.

08:18Now you will need a Phillips head.
08:21Put these in the whole way.
08:23I'm just going to finger tie them right now.

11:26To spray stuff off.
11:28And to get some of that dirt off.
11:29Now when putting things on.
11:32The end of the sprayer.

11:38All you got to do is just.
11:40Pull this back a little bit.
11:42Pop that in.
11:44And then push.
11:45And you'll see that come back up.
11:49And then to release it.
11:51All you do is.
11:52Pull this back.
11:53And it comes right out.
11:55Now if you're going to use.
11:57The intake.
11:58Where you put the hose on.
12:00If you're going to use.
12:02It for a siphon.
12:04Like for instance.
12:04If you're going to use.
12:05A big bucket or something.
12:07Or if there's a.
12:09You know.
12:09A water.
12:10Another water source.
12:11An open water source.
12:13That you want to pull from.
12:15What you have to do first.
12:16Is take.
12:17This item.
12:19Put it in there.
12:22Like so.
12:25And then.
12:26Pop that on.
12:29There we go.
12:31And then.
12:33Just put this in.
12:35Into whatever bucket.
12:37Or whatever it is.
12:38You're siphoning water from.
12:40And you're good to go.
12:42At least until the water runs out.
12:45And of course.
12:46To release it.
12:47You just kind of go.
12:48Pull this back.
12:49Pop it out.
12:50All right.
12:54Let's get the demonstration started.

12:57How to use all this stuff.
13:00Since I'm going to be playing.
13:02With this thing for a little bit.
13:03I decided I'm going to test them out.
13:04With my 6 amp hour.

14:12You just take the high pressure.

14:19Make sure you don't lose it.
14:22Because you're going to want to put that back on.
14:24When you store it in the winter.
14:28It doesn't matter which.
14:30Which one you put in there.
14:31Because they're both the same.
14:34Pop that in.
14:36It just pops in.
14:37And then you screw it in.
14:48Hand tight.
14:51The other end.
14:53Decepti goes.
14:54Right on the end of the handle.
14:57That gets screwed in as well.
15:01Finger tight.
15:05Then.
15:06Oh.
15:06One thing about the trigger.
15:10There's this safety lock.
15:12I don't know if it's there for kids.
15:14So they don't play around with it.
15:16But.
15:17Once you put the safety lock on.
15:19You can't pull the trigger.
15:21Got to bring that down.
15:23And.
15:23Then you can pull the trigger.
15:25I thought that's kind of a neat feature.
15:28Then you once again.
15:29You just put that in there.
15:31You push in a little bit.
15:34Then you twist.
15:34That's in.
15:37And then you put whatever type of sprayer you want to put on.
15:40Since I'm doing cement.
15:42I'm going to put the high power sprayer on.
15:43Again.
15:43You pull back.
15:45Push in.
15:47And that's locked in.
15:49Not sure how well we're going to be able to see it.
15:50But.
15:52I'm going to go ahead and turn it on.
15:53And I'm going to put it all the way up to.
15:58Like solid green.
16:00So a slow blink would be a thousand PSI.
16:04Fast blink is fifteen hundred PSI.
16:06And solid green.
16:08Is two thousand PSI.
16:10Since I'm doing cement.
16:12I'm going to do two thousand PSI.
16:15And here we go.
16:15I'm going to turn it on.
16:16And make the switch.
16:21Ooh.
16:24And.
