00:06farmers you can get pretty decent deals like there's the farm shop here in
00:12Durham which is although what's it called the other the farmhouse it's a
00:16bit of a ways out but if you manage to get there everything's organic they do
00:20all their meats and stuff on the farm and everything is local it's actually
00:23pretty reasonably priced and it's cheaper than the Tesco's here I hate evil
00:27Tesco's but this year is it it's quite a hike I think a lot of families can't
00:31afford to eat healthily I think a lot of the healthy food should come down in
00:34France yeah I do it's easy to eat rubbish isn't it yeah it's cheap yeah yes can we
00:41do believe in eating healthily we also do a lot of exercise with our red setter so
00:48we walk five or six miles a day with him so it's a combination of diet and
00:53exercise makes you feel better mentally and physically absolutely clears the head
