00:21and 704 in July. The RAC says warmer weather and longer evenings can create opportunities
00:28to drink before driving. It's calling for stronger action against repeat offenders,
00:34including court-ordered alcohol interlocks, known as Alco-Locks. The Department for Transport
00:39has considered using the devices as part of changes to motoring penalties.
