00:00Giants right handed starter
00:02facing the Dodgers for the first
00:05time this year by Kruko it's
00:06Johnny Cueto Johnny Cueto 35
00:08years old his 14th year at the
00:09big league level is taking the
00:10ball for the 17th time this
00:12year.
00:14Cueto got him swinging with a
00:15high fastball got him the chase
00:19amazing David Price makes his
00:21seventh start got a 284 era and
00:26it starts this season that is
00:28the third walk of the inning the
00:30bases are loaded and welcome
00:33back Brandon Crawford now the one
00:35strike offering swing the ground
00:37ball right past third it's a fair
00:39ball headed down to Lafayette
00:41live.
00:42Flores scores.
00:43Yastrzemski right behind him he
00:45scores Solano to third and it's a
00:48stand up double for Brandon
00:50Crawford who delivers in his first
00:53at bat off the injured list not a
00:55classic swing it was kind of an
00:57awkward looking swing but he pounded
01:01that one down and right along the
01:04third base line and I think
01:05significantly he just went with
01:06it this had to be I guess oh to a
01:11big chopper Queto he's a hustler
01:14and he will beat it out helmet
01:17comes flying off never boring
01:19Johnny Cueto but think about
01:21Johnny Cueto I mean he is such a
01:22hard worker between starts that
01:25you don't worry about him running
01:27and pulling anything because he
01:29does an enormous amount of leg
01:30work.
01:31I think Wilmer you like this match
01:33up against David Price Flores
01:34walked and scored one of those two
01:36Giants runs in the first inning.
01:38Oh two into the gap in right
01:40center field Bellinger chasing he's
01:42not going to get to it and now
01:43Slater will motor his way to
01:45third he's going to come home and
01:47Austin Slater will score without a
01:48play it's a double Wilmer Flores
01:52makes it three nothing Giants.
01:54That's the thing when you open
01:55up the right side of an infield
01:56that could have a lot of effect
01:58how you hit the ball to the
01:59outfield Queto 31 pitches through
02:01the first three innings of the
02:03game he's allowed two hits two
02:05singles Muncie it's a pop up
02:09foul coming well back and into
02:12the second deck and a fan hit a
02:14bareheaded catch in the first
02:15row in the second deck and he
02:18came up ready to throw foul and
02:22out of play.
02:22Let's take a look at that fan
02:23catch you're talking about had a
02:25played perfectly and he he he
02:32posed afterward 0 2 pitch struck
02:35him out swinging Wow to it to the
02:39count he struck him out 94 mile an
02:45hour heat on the outside three up
02:47and three down they lead three
02:48nothing this is the bottom part of
02:50the order here price throws and a
02:53swing and a chopper slowly hit to
02:55short Taylor charges and he went
02:57to scoop it up and couldn't feel
02:58the cleanly and I don't know if
03:00he was going to get Tyro Estrada
03:02anyway Taylor who does not have
03:04the classic shortstop's arm he's
03:06a good player and is being asked to
03:09play shortstop they're going to
03:12charge him with an error huh so
03:14Taylor gets charged with an error
03:16which I mean it looked like an
03:18error when you watched it so here
03:20is Slater now to try and deliver a
03:22run for the Giants with a clutch
03:24hit center field it's falling it's
03:27in there here comes a strata and
03:30Bellinger will not challenge him
03:33another two out RBI hit Boston
03:36Slater has delivered for nothing
03:38Giants and that's how you take
03:41advantage of an error to do pitch
03:45pool hole strikes out swinging
03:46fastball got him at ninety four
03:48fifth Johnny Kwaito strike out
03:51fifth strikeout for Johnny Kwaito
03:53again perfect location with the
03:54fastball boy he has absolutely
03:56been done the corners with both
03:58types of movement or seem to seem
04:02I mean he's just put on a clinic
04:03with his fastball command today
04:05still even at age forty one not
04:08easy to do now run over the
04:11second Crawford back to first
04:13Quato covering double play right
04:22center field that gets down into
04:25the gap and it rolls all the way
04:26out to the 415 side rough heading
04:30around second digging for third
04:33stand up triple for Darren Ruff
04:37the second day as a thirty five
04:40year old take a look at the
04:43little flat breaking ball that
04:45Bickford gives him and Darren
04:48Ruff takes advantage of it but
04:50again going the opposite gap
04:53taking advantage of the outside
04:55location setting up for outside
04:57this time he gets a break a ball
04:58rifles it through and right now
05:00he realizes hey I got a chance
05:02for a three bagger stand up
05:04style now Crawford's going to be
05:06intentionally walked by the way
05:07and you hear James fans reaction
05:09to that and now they've walked
05:12Lamont Wade Jr. as well so
05:18three consecutive automatic walks
05:23and Bickford baby Bickford maybe
05:24others now does that count
05:25against my record on the fourth
05:27pitch throws the fastball and
05:30strikes him out loaded him up
05:32intentionally with back to back
05:34intentional walks and the
05:35Giants never did score they had
05:37a runner at third with one out
05:39and bases loaded with two down
05:40the Dodgers keep it a four run
05:41game Giants with a four nothing
05:43lead but the bases loaded for the
05:45Dodgers as the Giants make a
05:46pitching change Hardy Garcia the
05:47new pitcher down for Gabe Kapler
05:49so here is Bellinger struck him
05:52out the hater down and away at
05:57ninety four and he leaves them
05:59loaded a big weapon of his this
06:02year and he's had a good
06:04campaign 0 2 slider struck him
06:09out swinging he's gonna go and
06:12it's a late break and it's a big
06:14break got him swinging 96 miles
06:20an hour and a great inning for
06:23Dominic Leone so here is Lamont
06:26Wade Jr.
06:27one way to left center field he's
06:29got a hit against a lefty and
06:31it's going to go to the wall
06:33Solano around third here comes
06:35Donovan Solano the throw is high
06:38and Lamont Wade Jr. on the board
06:42five nothing Giants and that's a
06:44hit against the left handed
06:45pitcher first one he's ever had
06:48as a big leaguer I guarantee you
06:51that feels good well he does it
06:55in a money situation needs to
06:57throw a strike he does and he
06:59struck him out with the slider and
07:01if I could wear white wristbands
07:03and white sleeves I would slider
07:06to strike him out looking back
07:08door Frisbee I love that 2 2 got
07:12him swinging and Tyler Rogers
07:16strikes out the side wanted to
07:22Bellinger on the ground the
07:23first Darren Ruffs got it and the
07:25Giants beat the Dodgers 5 nothing
07:29the final score.
