Pouring rain led to isolated flooding from St. Louis all the way to Toronto on Aug. 12.

00:00The strongest storms we're tracking continue in our AccuWeather exclusive storm zone here across
00:04parts of Indianapolis including Clay County there in Indiana, Jasper County in Indiana,
00:10also here in Michigan there Genesee County in Michigan, Tuscola County in Michigan and
00:15Lapeer County there in Michigan. So we will be watching out for some severe storms ongoing as
00:21I put the radar loop you can see that these storms not moving very fast. So that slow forward
00:26momentum that slow forward movement from west to east of these storms will increase that overall
00:32risk of flooding rainfall here as we head into this evening. Here's an update to look at our
00:35AccuWeather exclusive storm zone and you can see that these storms will be lining up from St. Louis
00:40all the way through the Great Lakes into Canada. Sudbury there in Canada will be watching out for
00:44some showers and storms in the forecast here as we head throughout this evening and as we head into
00:48tonight a one-hour radar loop starting to see more severe storms here popping up in the map there for
00:53both Indiana and Michigan primarily but we'll still see some strong storms continuing there in Illinois
00:59including some flood warnings continuing there for the south and southwestern portions of the
01:04Chicago metro including the suburbs. Future track radar is showing that as we head into this evening
01:087, 8, 9 p.m. eastern time heavy rainfall continuing from Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Detroit, Bay City.
01:16We'll be watching out for some heavy rainfall here for this evening. So Jeff as we head into tonight
01:20it does look like the overall highest potential for risks included with this storm zone will be
01:27primarily for flooding rainfall.
