A former Coral Springs massage therapist was arrested after multiple former clients came forward with serious allegations about his conduct during massage sessions. Jonathan Schwartz, 42 at the time of his arrest, previously worked at Elements Massage, where several of the women involved had reportedly been his clients. The investigation began on April 30, 2024 after a woman contacted the Coral Springs Police Department about an alleged incident that occurred two days earlier. According to police, the woman had previously received several massages from Schwartz while he worked at Elements Massage. After he was no longer employed there, she arranged a private appointment with him at his residence. The woman told investigators that the appointment initially began like a normal massage, but she claimed Schwartz eventually began crossing professional boundaries and behaving inappropriately. According to the police report, when she attempted to sit up and stop the situation, Schwartz allegedly prevented her from doing so while telling her that everything was okay. The woman told police she became increasingly uncomfortable and afraid of how the situation could escalate. She claimed Schwartz continued despite her objections before eventually stopping. After the encounter, Schwartz allegedly told her that she would not have to pay for the appointment. The woman later contacted police and also provided investigators with clothing she said she had been wearing at the time. Crime scene investigators examined the clothing and reportedly discovered physical evidence that authorities said supported portions of her statement. As detectives continued looking into the case, another former client came forward on May 6 with allegations of her own. Like the first woman, she had previously been a client of Schwartz at Elements Massage. She told investigators that Schwartz had allegedly crossed professional boundaries during multiple appointments and claimed his behavior became increasingly inappropriate. The investigation then expanded beyond the two women. Police learned that Schwartz had previously been terminated from Elements Massage after allegedly failing to follow required safety and draping procedures. Investigators also discovered that additional complaints had reportedly been made against him involving allegations of inappropriate conduct with clients. With multiple allegations under investigation, Coral Springs Police arrested Schwartz on May 15. He was transported to the Broward County Main Jail, where his bond was initially reported at $261,000. At the time, Schwartz faced multiple serious charges related to the allegations made against him. The case would eventually continue through the court system. In May 2026, a Broward County jury found Schwartz guilty of charges connected to the April 2024 encounter at his residence. Following the verdict, his defense indicated that it intended to challenge the outcome through additional leg
