A former deputy general manager of TH Properties and THP Bina Sdn Bhd pleaded not guilty at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Thursday (Sept 3) to three charges of abetting criminal breach of trust involving RM72,000 in penalty payments from contractor Fourth Wave Sdn Bhd.

55-year-old Tengku Kamarolhisham Tengku Kamaruddin, a father of six, faces a jail term of between two and 20 years, whipping and a possible fine upon conviction.

00:1855-year-old Tenku Kamarulisham, Tenku Kamaruddin, claimed trial to the charges before Judge Azura Alwi.
00:25He was accused of directing that penalty payments collected from contractor 4th Wave Sendirian Berhad be deposited into a bank
00:33account belonging to Nasahruddin Ahmad, a former THP Bina Health and Safety Manager.
