00:00All right. Urban Meyer in a recent interview with high top sports said,
00:05there's few regrets I have in my coaching career. None more than leaving Florida.
00:13Lift it or leave it. Urban Meyer leaving Florida was one of the biggest coaching mistakes
00:17of departures in the history of college football. I'll leave it because look what it opened up.
00:26You know, I think Urban Meyer was so hyper successful at Florida, but you could tell those
00:32last couple of years. Remember, I remember the press conference where he was going to retire
00:36and then he didn't retire. You know, he comes back for one more year. And I think the reset he
00:42got
00:43at for that one year in the studio and then he comes to Ohio State, I think it adds to
00:48his legacy,
00:49being able to be one of those coaches that says, hey, I won three national championships at two
00:53different schools. You look at his winning percentage, it's comparable to the, I think
00:57it's second, right? To Frank Leahy and Newt Rockne. It's in that ballpark, his winning percentage as a
01:04coach at the college level. And between that and what he did at BG and Bowling Green and Utah,
01:09I think it's fine. Now he may say that. And I, you know, I always wonder if there's still one
01:15more
01:15job for him. Each year it passes. I don't know if that's possible, but I think his legacy as a
01:21coach
01:21is pretty secure, but with what he, and I think it's amplified, but what he did at both schools.
01:26Leave it. It's a sin to say coming to Ohio State is a bad move.
01:30Right. I love Urban, man. Absolutely not. Leave it.
