00:00And we're going to have Houston and the Angels, which to me has also been a very strange series so
00:06far.
00:07Astros got it done 3-2 last night.
00:10Lambert versus Grayson Rodriguez tonight.
00:12And I just, where are the runs coming from?
00:16I mean, the Astros have just stopped hitting, Craig, which is just, it's a head scratching to me at times
00:22with what they've got going on here.
00:24And Grayson Rodriguez with a 7 ERA is not scaring anybody.
00:28But I don't trust the Astros to take advantage.
00:32You should trust the Astros to take advantage.
00:36Yes.
00:36I was waiting for that again.
00:39Yeah, Grayson Rodriguez is probably not going to get three innings in tonight.
00:44That'd be a guess for me.
00:45Yeah, he's very, he can't throw strikes, Joe.
00:49He cannot throw strikes.
00:50Now, he will get a lot of strikeouts from guys going outside of the zone because his stuff moves.
00:56But he has no idea when he throws the ball where it's going.
01:00That's the problem.
01:01Very big, massive bust in terms of prospects.
01:05And look, the Orioles, you know, who needed pitching traded Grayson Rodriguez.
01:10What does that tell you?
01:11I would just take Houston and not even think twice about it tonight.
01:15And I think Houston will score a lot of runs tonight against the Angels as well.
01:21Unfortunately.
01:22Lambert.
01:22I hate to pound on him.
01:23Yeah, I know.
01:24Lambert is not, I don't think Lambert's 100% healthy.
01:28Lambert, they have him in the rotation.
01:30There was some talk he'd do to be out for the year maybe.
01:33And then they brought him back.
01:34And like, he's not somebody I want to count on either necessarily.
01:38But I just, I think the Angels probably are going to have to let Rodriguez, you know,
01:45try and figure out at least for a couple innings no matter what happens, you know.
01:49So, I don't think he's got that first inning hook or second inning hook.
01:54And the score could be 5-1 after like three innings.
01:58And so, you know, I also am not 100% in on Lambert just because of everything that's been reported
02:03out of Houston.
02:04And I think they're just like in no other situation that they have to throw him right now.
02:08But I would take the Astros tonight.
02:10I definitely would not take the Angels.
02:13Yeah, he's actually gotten, I mean, 36 strikeouts in his last six appearances, Lambert.
02:18So, he's, you know, he's averaging about six again.
02:20Yeah, no, he's been okay.
02:21No, he's been okay.
02:22He's been okay.
02:23Not bad at all.
02:25But the bats of Houston have just been so inconsistent as of late here.
02:30But this would be a good opportunity.
02:32Now, two games, I believe, over lowly Texas in the American League West.
02:37This would be, I mean, listen, I'm not backing to, and DeGrom, you want to talk about hurt.
02:45DeGrom is hurt.
02:46Yeah, I have no idea.
02:46DeGrom is not the same thing.
02:48I would much rather take the plus money with Washington again tonight.
02:54But the Astros have an opportunity, I think, with the schedule, maybe to pull a couple of games and just,
03:00and really clinch the West.
03:02Because I don't see anybody else catching them.
03:05Yeah, look, we can't, Seattle's been an absolute disaster.
03:09I'm still going to hold out some hope for the Rangers before the end of the season.
03:13And maybe a head-to-head series, things would change.
03:16But I do think it's between Houston and Texas now, those two teams, to win the division.
03:22And, you know, clearly the Angels are out of it.
03:24I have nothing to say about Seattle.
03:26Who am I, am I missing one other team in this division that's in it?
03:30Angels, Seattle, Texas, and Houston.
03:33No, that's it.
03:34Yeah.
03:35That's it.
03:35Houston or Texas.
03:37I mean, we'd be crazy to take Seattle, Joe.
03:40I mean, Kirby just got shelled today.
03:42Like, I mean, there's nothing going right for them.
03:45So we got our thing ha Ghon.
03:45And, we're done.
03:45See, how did this happen?
