00:43evacuated as a precaution mainly in zenzhen province and shanghai where the storm brought record rainfall
00:52and forced the cancellation of more than one thousand and three hundred flights after making
00:59landfall twice in zenzhen the storm moved into hubei province when an orange alert remains in effect for
01:08torrential rain flash floods and landslides weather alerts also remain in place across parts of the
01:16central and northern china as heavy rainfall persists the system has also affected the philippines where
01:25monsoon rains intensified by the dolphin triggered flooding and landslide leaving dozens of dead as
