Days of heavy rain leave at least 13 dead in Philippines, rescuers say

The Philippines is the first major landmass facing the Pacific cyclone belt and the archipelago is hit by an average of 20 storms and typhoons each year.

00:00Floods and landslides after nine days of heavy rain have killed at least 13 people in the northern Philippines.
00:07Four died in Baguio after a rain-soaked mountainside collapsed onto several homes.
