00:07Hey! What's up? We are one half of All Time Low and we are at the Leeds Festival.
00:13Man, we played early, but nonetheless it was a ridiculous show.
00:17Our biggest show in England, I'd say.
00:19Yeah, absolutely. I think by the time we went on there were a fair amount of people who had managed
00:23to get inside.
00:25Bands like Motion City Soundtrack and Thrice had warmed the crowd up.
00:29A lot of crowd surfing. They were ready to go, yeah.
00:32It was insane. I love playing festivals like this in the middle of the summer.
00:35It's a little bit brisk today, but nevertheless it's still sunny out and kids went nuts.
00:42It was awesome. It was really fun.
00:44Yeah, the crowd reaction and the singing along and everything is just part of, you know, it makes the show
00:51better.
00:51You don't even have to tell them to dance over here and they just start dancing.
00:54Everybody's just doing so weird, yeah.
00:56People in the UK were born to dance.
00:58It's true. I believe that.
00:59Born to get naked, too.
01:00Born to shake it.
01:01It's true. Guys really do only come to concerts to meet girls.
01:05Yeah, it's true.
01:06So we sort of took that one step further.
01:08There were a lot of girls popping up on people's shoulders and taking their shirts off.
01:12Yeah.
01:12Which always happens at festivals like this for some reason.
01:14So we just kind of celebrated that fact.
01:16We said, you know what? Share your gift with the world.
01:20The new record is done, pretty much.
01:24I don't know how exactly we did it, but in between touring and in between doing everything else that this
01:30band has been doing,
01:31since January we started writing and recording a whole new album.
01:34We would get in the studio, write a song, come up with an idea, hash it out all the way,
01:39and then if it felt good enough, we'd just track it.
01:42And so we ended up having close to 20 songs by the time we were done with the demoing process.
01:47And sure enough, we actually, in the process of, you know, the last record cycle, we signed a new deal
01:53with Interscope Records.
01:54So, you know, our new label...
01:57Craig Durst was our A&R.
01:58I wish.
01:59Our new label is really into the new stuff, really into the new direction, and it just came together really
02:05naturally,
02:05which I feel really good about.
02:06I think after doing these festivals and stuff, we're going back to the States to kind of put the finishing
02:11touches on the album.
02:12We'd like to have it out by January.
02:14Yeah, we try to do at least two U.K. tours a year.
02:17So this is, I'd say, our third U.K. tour this year.
02:20Yeah, this isn't really a tour, but it's our third time being in the U.K.
02:22Yeah, it's our third time being in the U.K. this year, so we'll definitely be back soon.
02:25I think we'll probably, I think the idea is to come back maybe February, March.
02:29Yeah.
