The United States thrashed the Netherlands by 93 runs to give themselves an outside chance of reaching the T20 World Cup Super 8s - and leave their opponents on the brink of elimination.

Having lost their first two games of the tournament to India and Pakistan, the USA responded with an emphatic victory after defending 196 for six.
