00:22restaurant right behind me let's get inside and meet the chef and eat some
00:25good food you've got to check out Johnny Sanchez over there they're combining the
00:30best of traditional Louisiana cuisine and the best of traditional Mexican cuisine
00:34and the sum of both parts is greater than either one on its own it's amazing
00:40how's it going good to meet you chef crawfish enchiladas exactly little baby
00:47lobsters yeah you don't find these everywhere so this will be our enchilada
00:50farce so you can literally just eat this as it is yeah I already love it
00:54we've got these homemade fresh corn tortillas I'm liking that that steaming
00:59trick right yeah we're just steaming them with a little oil and a little water
01:01mmm just to get them nice and pliable again nice and steamy you want to jump in
01:06here with me hell yeah there we go sauce right on top
