00:00Today I'm house hunting in and around beautiful Manilva on Spain's ever-popular Costa del Sol.
00:09I'm Jasmine Harman and for nearly 20 years I've been helping house hunters find their dream homes
00:15overseas. Today I'm going to be using all my skills to find the perfect place for Jerome
00:21and Mike and we have some great moves as I deliver the goods the inside is mind-blowing and that view
00:32is just priceless yeah I visit a luxury villa with fantastic sea vistas you can't see anyone else can
00:41you you can't see anything just the boats going past but at the end of the day do I find my house
00:47hunters their perfect place in the Sun Jerome and Mike first met on a business trip in Berlin when
01:04they both worked for the same high-end fashion company after a few months of dating Jerome moved
01:10out to be with Mike in Germany for good now they're happily married but still jet all over the world
01:17for their jobs but a major health scare for Mike make them realize they need a better work-life balance
01:24so they're buying their very own holiday bolt hole in Spain for some much-needed relaxation time
01:30together Jerome who's originally from Manchester and Berlin born and bred Mike have been together
01:37for 13 years and married for eight and are very excited to finally be buying their first property
01:43together I'm definitely more emotional and I'm always going more for emotional decisions where Jerome
01:50always brings me back to the ground I think this is something for us like a new a new goal for us to have
01:56you know we're never gonna have children but I think it's gonna be something that is for both of us you
02:02know something a new journey a new chapter you know we're both under 50 so it's for me it's an
02:10exciting project and it's an exciting experience they have a budget of a hundred and forty thousand
02:15pounds to buy a holiday home with enough room for friends and family to visit the best way to get to
02:25Manilva in southern Spain is to fly into Malaga which takes around three hours from the UK then it's
02:31just over an hour's drive the Manilva region at the western end of the Costa del Sol is named after the
02:39traditional Andalusian hillside town of Manilva where around a fifth of the 17,000 strong population
02:45are Brits and the area around it includes a number of coastal towns and villages as well including the
02:52well-known harbour town of La Duquesa which is less than 10 minutes drive from Manilva itself Manilva is
02:59a great place for house hunting if you're looking for good value for money on the Costa del Sol you
03:05can find a ready-to-go one-bedroom apartment with outside space and a swimming pool just a short stroll
03:12from the beach starting at a hundred and fifteen thousand pounds so depending on what Mike and Jerome
03:18are looking for I should be able to show them some exciting options before we get going I'm meeting
03:25up with my house hunters on the beach in the town of La Duquesa to discover a bit more about them and
03:29what they're after in terms of property when I see Mike welcome to the Costa del Sol so how does it feel
03:40for you two to be here well it's beautiful isn't it just gorgeous what has made you decide to take
03:48the leap of buying a property here in Spain I think for a long time it's been something that we've
03:53discussed and thought about we have our life in Berlin but also we're looking for something long
03:58term that we can start extending the time here so has there been a particular catalyst that's made
04:04you think right let's do this now so I had a heart attack three years ago yeah yeah it was very scary
04:11for it changed a lot in my life recovered yes totally and what is it that's brought you to
04:18Manilva in particular so I think we both had quite a lot of fun memories in the Costa del Sol one of our
04:25friends who lives in Madrid she had bought a place in Manilva and you know spoke very positively about it
04:32Manilva is where you've been recommended to you already have a friend there yeah which is excellent
04:38but are you open to looking maybe at some of the surrounding area as well yeah absolutely yeah so
04:45tell me about the type of property that you're thinking of one of the things that I think is
04:52going to be really important for us is to be able to have the outside space touch base with each other
04:56connects and enjoy the evenings so ideally we'd want a second bedroom for the people that we would be
05:02hosting from both Berlin and England if it's a bigger living room with like a sofa bat that
05:08would be perfect as well a pool would be nice if possible yeah and relatively easy access to like
05:16the sea well I would like to have a bit of a sea view a sea view yeah at least from far away that would
05:24be super nice let's talk about the budget shall we you've got around 140,000 pounds is that right
05:31that's right yeah I'm keen to get started how about you two oh yes let's get it started let's go let's
05:40go well Jerome and Mike have quite a big wish list for their budget of 140,000 pounds but if they're
05:47prepared to be flexible I reckon I can find their dream out here in the Costa del Sol property number
05:54one is right here in La Duquesa and before we go there I thought we'd pay a quick visit to where all the
06:00action happens on and off the water so we've come down to the port here at La Duquesa which is the
06:10seaside area of Manilva absolutely beautiful it feels like the perfect spot to have like a little
06:17afternoon cafe or an evening cocktails really super nice what kind of vibes does it give you here Jerome
06:24I feel like it's there is a holiday vibe but I think also as well it would be quite nice for us
06:30to come out of an evening and watch the Sun go down and have like a really nice chilled relaxed drink to
06:36an end of a perfect day I was hoping that you'd like this because the first property we're going to
06:41see is just a couple of minutes walk from here okay that's a big surprise yeah should we go and take a
06:48look yes please please La Duquesa translates as the Duchess and while you don't need to be aristocracy
06:56to afford a property in town which has a very sizable British population it is a fairly pricey part of
07:02the world so to get Mike and Jerome somewhere in a great location close to everything I've had to use
07:08up most of their budget so look a stone's throw from the port and we are looking at that top floor
07:17apartment wow really nice great location an awesome location obviously you have got the streets right
07:26here so is the car noise going to be an issue do you think for you let's see when we're up there what
07:33we're looking at is a one-bedroom apartment the good news with this one is we are the first people
07:42to view it it's on the market for just over 139,000 pounds sounds good yeah so what are you two thinking
07:54from outside I'm excited to see it really excited yes please this top floor apartment has
08:02access to a communal pool as well as a spacious private balcony with those sea views Mike asked
08:08for inside there's a living and dining room a separate kitchen with adjoining utility area one
08:15bedroom and a bathroom we'll come straight into the sitting room so what do you think of this size and
08:26space nice yeah really nice space does what it supposed to do doesn't it yeah that's the main
08:33thing if you want to paint it or you want to jazz it up a bit then that's up to you yeah and it's a
08:38great space and as you said it's just more of a cosmetic thing just like a little bit of a refresh or a
08:43paint yeah and I think it's really nice that from the lounge you can see out to that terrace area
08:46exactly well let's go out there and have a look yeah here's your outside space then have a look at
08:55those views oh wow I can see the sea oh yeah you're about five minutes walk down to the beach you're a
09:05couple of minutes across the road to the port relatively decent sized balcony here yeah yeah do you
09:12think this would be a big enough oh yeah yeah yeah we can have friends around and having a barbecue
09:17I guess but how are you feeling about the road noise I think I don't mind the proximity to the road
09:23but I think also as well I think it could be quite a challenge for us to be a big contender because I
09:31think at the moment it doesn't feel that noisy but I think you know during peak trade times or when
09:36it's kind of super busy I think it might get a little bit more noisier I mean it might that's
09:42true beautiful view you can't you can't beat that and there's a lots of pros with this apartment as
09:47well a lot of really really good points I'm gonna let you two go and have a little look around the
09:52rest of the apartment so you can get feel for it and then when you're done come downstairs and meet me
09:57by the pool okay all right thank you this apartment offers them so much of what they've asked for but
10:08will they be able to overcome the road noise well built-in wardrobes yeah that's quite nice yeah it's
10:15quite a nice size actually for a double bedroom totally and a lovely window yeah it feels really bright
10:22well again also quite a fair space kitchen yeah and you've got the excess to the utility outside
10:29there which is quite nice yeah well Mike and Jerome have made lots of positive noises about this apartment
10:35which is on the market for just over a hundred and thirty nine thousand pounds but I wouldn't say
10:40it's exactly knocked them off their feet I'm getting the final verdict in its lovely communal pool area
10:46so what do you think of this it is stunning yeah and surprisingly open as well yeah you've got the
10:57sea view yes would it work for you two for your holidays and for your friends and family coming
11:03out to visit I think so yes I think the outside space really balances a bit like the loud terrors out
11:12mm-hmm I mean you can't hear anything from here it's really nice and the proximity to the sea as
11:18well as a massive beautiful massive bonus I guess the big drawback I already know is it the traffic
11:26yes is that going to be a deal-breaker for you might be are you going to keep this one on as a contender
11:35do you think I think we should do yeah definitely yeah definitely I'm pleased you like this one I
11:41think we'd really like to consider somewhere that was maybe a little bit further out that maybe could
11:47have a second room if possible would it be important for you to maybe see something in a
11:50quieter location without the road noise definitely so shall we head off yeah go and see our next one
11:57yes please so I'm off to a decent if not amazing start I need to work on a few things to deliver that
12:05perfect property to get more space we're heading further inland to the hills close to the town of
12:11Estepona and we're meeting someone who I think will be able to give Mike and Jerome a really good
12:16sense of what life is like in this part of the Costa del Sol so Jerome and Mike I wanted to introduce
12:24you both to Andy who has moved out here to Spain with his partner Johnny tell us a little bit about
12:30how you ended up here Andy so funny story we actually found Estepona via a place in the Sun true
12:37story and then my husband sort of started looking into it and delving deeper into it and we just
12:42decided to come over and do a little bit of a recce fell in love with the area and just started
12:46looking around and seeing where would suit us most nice really no I do understand that and have you
12:52got any questions Mike oh yeah what about diversity and the tolerance around this area here so tolerant
12:59diversity is seems to be growing everywhere you look it seems to be that there's so much more
13:06different types of everybody and everyone is so accepting it's just a really lovely from like your
13:14nanas down to your kids everyone mingles together there's no issues there seems to be less issues I find
13:20here than in a big city like London it seems to be just really really easy and you're able to be
13:26without any issues it's just so lovely and easy really tolerant really accepting just easy do you
13:33find that reassuring yeah yeah yeah yeah totally thank you now we are going to have a look at a
13:38property very close to here it's a couple of minutes walk away from here so we're gonna have to love you and
13:43leave you how exciting you know it's been lovely to meet you lovely to meet you please I'm looking
13:47forward to having a little drink with you in a bar sometime when you're over coming up if Jerome and
13:59Mike are after a bit more peace and quiet I can't wait to show them my next property a stylish modern
14:05apartment with gorgeous sea views today I'm on Spain's Costa del Sol with busy globetrotting couple
14:17Jerome and Mike they're looking for the perfect holiday home where they can enjoy it time out
14:23together and although we got off to a pretty good start I think we can go even better my house hunters
14:29who have a budget of a hundred and forty thousand pounds loved how close this apartment was to the
14:34action in the coastal town of la duquesa but they're looking for a quieter location for property
14:40number two so we're heading to Altos de Estepona a residential area about 10 minutes drive from the
14:46center of Estepona and a similar distance from the nearest beach properties here are around 25% cheaper
14:54than in the last area we looked at and my next one comes in quite a lot below Mike and Jerome's
14:59budget though it's still only a one bed so our next property is in this complex just here and we
15:09are looking at a top floor duplex apartment in obviously a much quieter location where we are
15:18it's only a 10 minute drive to your nearest beach it's quite a bit out but the view is amazing from up
15:25here wait till you get up there because we're on the top floor as well and also duplex sounds a lot
15:30more exciting a lot more bigger space so yeah it is still only one bedroom but I think the fact that
15:36you're on two levels does give you the feeling of having more space it's on the market for just under
15:41117 and a half thousand pounds wow that sounds really good yeah really good price so that's the
15:48difference obviously being a little bit further inland should we go up and have a look yes please
15:52this duplex apartment has a terrace with superb sea views the upper floor consists of a light and airy
16:01open plan living dining and kitchen space and on the lower floor there's one bedroom and a shower room
16:08come on in how do you like the look of this wow wow a much more modern feel yeah the space is a lot more
16:19two-hour taste I would say definitely and it feels bigger yeah really great use of space do you like
16:25the funky color on the kitchen yeah yeah I think it's great yeah this is much more our kind of feel is
16:33it yeah I'm really pleased by your reactions in here let's go and take a look outside okay yeah cool
16:39come and check this out nice big outside space look at those views wow oh wow that is stunning well
16:50from the outside it looks okay but the inside is mind-blowing and that view is just priceless yeah
16:58it's a very special space this absolutely do you guys want to go and explore downstairs you think of
17:04that and just come and find me when you're done okay all right thank you very much enjoy I hope you
17:10like it thank you I'm actually really pleased by their reactions here they seem blown away by the
17:19interior and by this terrace I hope downstairs is not going to put them off wow
17:33that feels like a spa very nicely renovated it's wow it's absolutely surprising again this is not
17:44really what we were expecting I mean look at the finish in this bathroom yeah it's absolutely
17:48beautiful even though this duplex apartment which is on the market for just under 117 and a half thousand
17:56pounds didn't make the best first impression on Mike and Jerome that changed as soon as they saw the
18:02interior and of course that view I'm feeling good about this one hi hi so how was it down there nice
18:13surprise very surprising the space the way that the renovation has been executed is absolutely amazing
18:20downstairs it's like a spa it's like it's really nice it's lovely isn't it it's very zen down there
18:26very nice yes great yeah well how does this compare then to the first property we saw in Ludwick
18:32a support I think the first one is out now is it yeah wow you like this one because of the
18:40renovation this is very nice this is various the outside space is just gorgeous is this one a contender
18:48I would say yes yes oh that's fantastic but I think it's a little bit remote if there would be
19:00another bedroom of course it would be a bonus but the space in here in the living room allows us to put
19:07a sofa bed in easily to turn that into another bedroom maybe for the next one I will concentrate on
19:12getting you that second bedroom and getting a touch closer to the sea yeah let's go and I'll I'll see
19:19what I can do so I'm definitely making progress but more space and a location closer to the coast
19:26seem to be Jerome and Mike's priorities right now and their wish list is my command my next property is
19:33just over five minutes drive from the lovely Playa de la Chullera which I thought we'd visit on route
19:37so we're back down by the sea which I'm sure will make you happy yes absolutely I love the sea it's
19:45gorgeous isn't it this is La Chullera Beach you know you've got a couple of nice churingitos on
19:51the beach and in the summer time they do flamenco nights here you get stuck into that absolutely compared
19:59to the location where we've just come from which was obviously a bit further up in the hills how are you
20:04feeling about being back down by the coast this I've got to admit is more in the direction that
20:10we were looking for so where we're heading is probably about a 25 minute walk from here okay so
20:16you know if you had a higher car obviously it's yeah much yeah but you can walk which is great from
20:22the property so should we go and see what you make of it yes please please
20:25coming up if Jerome and Mike are after some extra space I can't wait to show them my next property
20:37this two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic terrace perfect for entertaining
20:42today I'm on Spain's glorious Costa del Sol with Jerome and Mike who are searching for the perfect
20:55holiday bolt hole and although they liked my first two properties I want to find something that
21:01they'll fall in love with my house hunters who have a budget of a hundred and forty thousand pounds were
21:07impressed by how close this apartment was to all the action in the town of La Duquesa and were even
21:12keener on this stylish duplex apartment but felt it was a bit too far inland so we're going a lot
21:18nearer to the coast with property number three it's in an area called Alcorin just over five minutes drive
21:26from the beach which is very popular with buyers from all over Europe two-bedroom properties like
21:31Mike and Jerome are after are very sought after here so to find them one on a lovely development I've
21:37had to use up nearly all of their budget I thought it'd be nice to start here at one of the communal
21:46swimming pools now there are four in total oh wow wow this one's open all year round and this is the
21:53nearest to the property that we're having a look at so what do you think it's nice and calm and it feels
21:59like it's a nice community yeah yeah already it's it's it's ticking a few boxes we're closer to the coast
22:07obviously that's a big tick isn't it so you've got all the amenities and your walking distance to
22:12things as well the property that we're going to have a look at actually overlooks this pool very
22:18nice okay I'm really excited to have a look inside come on then follow me and I'll show you which one
22:24it is so directly adjacent to the pool we are looking at this ground floor apartment with a lovely big
22:35terrace it's massive it's a massive space I was not expecting that size of a terrace I'm shocked got
22:45more news for you as well okay it's got two bedrooms no way well okay it is on the market for just over a
22:59a hundred and thirty nine thousand pounds wow overwhelming but that is the price there's no
23:09negotiation on that the owner wants that full asking price yeah makes it feel really real
23:25yeah I think you know this place has got so much going for it for the two of you let's go and have
23:42a look at the interior and hopefully you'll like that just as much as you like out here yeah this
23:48apartment has a light and airy open plan living dining and kitchen space the main bedroom with an
23:55ensuite bathroom a second bedroom and a shower room this is it come inside wow yeah yeah I'm just
24:08overwhelmed it's so nice it's so much space as well I'm painting already on the black canvas and I
24:19think even when the weather's not nice this is a big enough space that you know we wouldn't feel that
24:24we were kind of hold up so yeah should we go and have a look at the bedrooms yes please yeah so look
24:35through here you've got all your wardrobes you've got your ensuite bathroom and this is the bedroom so
24:44this is the main bedroom so would you be happy with this absolutely yeah I think it's perfect for the
24:51the bedroom should we go and have a look at the other bedroom yeah yeah so second bedroom yeah also
25:02quite a fair size yeah I think we would fit in a double bed yeah yeah just add a squeeze but yes I
25:07think you could fit it in food for guests I think it'd be absolutely fine absolutely do you two want to go
25:12and have a good old nose around and a chat amongst yourselves and then come find me I'll wait for
25:17you outside yeah enjoy see you in a minute I'm so excited it's always a good sign when the emotion
25:28starts coming out it's actually quite nice isn't it yeah yeah yeah I think there is enough space and it's
25:37quite nice that you can still see outside yeah obviously where you're preparing food and cleaning
25:42here yeah I hadn't quite given Mike and Jerome everything they wanted up until now but I think I
25:50might have managed that with this apartment which is on the market for just over 139,000 pounds they
25:56seem to love everything about it hi hi so what's the verdict it's a big thumbs up it's a double thumbs
26:09up actually definitely both of you the ground space is gorgeous the terrace is amazing the lounge area is
26:17gorgeous and two bedrooms it's just a plus guessing this one is going to be quite a strong contender
26:23totally I think all the others we could probably put to the side I think this is the the strongest
26:28horse in the race yeah excellent I would also maybe like to see something that wasn't on the ground
26:32floor just as a comparison however I do totally appreciate that with the ground floor we also get
26:41a lot more outside space yeah I don't want to get too ahead of myself because I've still got two
26:45properties to show you and I would like to give this one a bit of competition yeah so shall we get going
26:50and and see what you think of the next one yes please well I'm delighted to have such a strong
26:57contender in the bag and it gives me a bit of flexibility with my final two properties my next
27:02one is in the traditional Andalusian hillside town of Manilva which is still pretty much a Spanish town
27:08though there is a reasonably big British community here as we're 10 minutes or so drive from the coast
27:15it's quite an affordable place to buy and I've managed to find Jerome and Mike a townhouse for
27:20quite a bit below their budget we're right in the heart of the village now and you're not going to
27:28believe it but we are actually looking at this townhouse right here oh wow house a house it's not
27:35something that we would have thought of previously no not at all it's completely different because
27:39obviously you're not on a complex so you don't have a communal pool as such but if you go up this
27:45way there's a sports center okay so they've got a pool which is free to use for residents about five
27:50minute walk away it's got two bedrooms I would say a better size okay than the previous property we
27:57looked at and up there you have got a huge rooftop solarium oh wow with phenomenal views this has only been on
28:08the market for three weeks but it has just two days ago been reduced by around 8,000 pounds okay so
28:16the current asking price is just over a hundred and twenty one and a half thousand pounds that sounds
28:24good yes so there's lots to take in I know but I'm gonna let you two go and explore and then come and
28:32find me when you're done okay all right thank you good luck well this is a completely different option
28:43to anything else we've seen but I wonder if they'll be tempted this townhouse has a big roof terrace with
28:50views over the town towards the sea inside on the lower floor there's a living room a kitchen with a
28:56dining area and a toilet and upstairs there's the main bedroom a second slightly smaller bedroom and a
29:04bathroom staircase is really nice wow yeah it feels very enclosed quite dark I think this lounge is
29:19quite narrow even though there's been a great use of the space I think even with a normal sofa it would
29:25still feel quite tight yeah this is a really big room feels much brighter but I still can't imagine us
29:35being here really it's the wood is the bit yeah oh wow that is stunning look how far you can see
29:51look at that yeah beautiful the view is not making up to the rest of the house it's not really us isn't
29:58it well I knew I was taking a bit of a gamble with this townhouse which is on the market for just over
30:04a hundred and twenty one and a half thousand pounds as it's very different to everything else I've shown
30:09Mike and Jerome so far I'm interested to hear their thoughts now they've had a good look around
30:14so what are you thinking probably not for us okay I think the solarium was breathtaking yeah the views
30:25were very impressive yeah and what a big space yeah yeah a lot of house for the money but we still feel
30:33a certain way about the previous property okay so that one's already turned your head so it seems
30:40to me now that obviously having that sort of place where you can relax maybe a bit more of a holiday vibe
30:47mm-hmm is that important yeah yeah I'm getting that feeling we can draw a line under this one I think for
30:53definite yeah we've got the ground floor apartment is our only contender at the moment yeah let's see if our
31:01final property can turn your head shall we yes please coming up I hope this spacious apartment in a
31:09great development will give my current contender a run for its money it's a super nice space amazing
31:16yeah may is an amazing amazing amazing today I'm house hunting around Manilva on Spain's stunning
31:30Costa del Sol helping Jerome and Mike search for their dream holiday home we already have a very
31:37strong contender and I've got one last chance to try and beat it my house hunters who have a budget of
31:44140,000 pounds are really keen on this ground floor apartment with loads of outside space but I think my
31:51fifth and final property this spacious second floor apartment close to the beach could turn this into a
31:57two-horse race before we go there though I've come to an area called La Paloma to check out this super
32:05stylish five-bedroom seven-bathroom villa with an infinity pool in an amazing location overlooking
32:12the sea I'm meeting the agent for a tour I mean this place looks incredible I can't wait to have a good
32:20look around you are going to surprise now yeah yeah okay this is amazing this is absolutely spectacular I
32:32mean what a position to have where you are you know you can't see anyone else can you you can't see
32:40anything just the boats going past the sea and the sky sky yeah it's amazing and I love the style of it
32:48very very contemporary where shall we head to next then yeah please come with me I'm going to show you
32:53downstairs oh my goodness down here is quite impressive isn't it yeah here on this level we have this summer
33:04living room we have the wine cellar it's got all the ingredients of a proper luxury home for sure
33:14there's nothing missing no here you can find everything and that view I just can't get over it
33:19really we go please oh I can see the pool is that an exercise bike in the pool yeah for sure I've never seen
33:30that before that looks good I'd like to have a go I could be quite happy here to be honest Carlos how
33:35much is it on for well the price is just under 2.9 million pounds okay yeah I I can see why it's
33:46absolutely brilliant I mean the the position the views the facilities that the house has the the feeling
33:54of it it's all it's got it all so I have to head back to my house as much as I'd like to stay okay
34:00you're very welcome sharing me around okay well I'm always up for a bike ride especially in a pool
34:06with fan views but now I need to hit the road and find Jerome and Mike their own special place my fifth
34:13and final property is in an area called Los Hidalgos which is just three minutes drive down the coast from
34:18La Duquesa where we started our search currently it's very popular with buyers from France Belgium
34:25and other parts of Spain and prices have increased by around five percent in the last year so this
34:31place is a bit over budget although the agents told me there is some flexibility on the price
34:38so our final property is in this complex just opposite us and obviously we are back much closer
34:45to the coast we are looking at a really lovely two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment okay on the
34:55second floor great okay it's got nice outside area sea views I'm hoping it's gonna have everything
35:04you're looking for do you think it could give some competition to the ground floor apartment that you both
35:10loved up to now I think yes I'm optimistic are you so there is just one fly in the ointment okay which
35:22is the fact that it is over budget okay so it's on the market for just under a hundred and forty seven thousand
35:34pounds okay but the agent has said that there's a a good chance that the owner would accept an offer
35:43of around the top end of your budget around 140 141 okay that's why we're here what do you think
35:50let's get in yeah are you excited to get inside very much so come on let's go and have a good look
35:57this second floor apartment has access to a communal pool and a private covered balcony with
36:03great views inside there's a very spacious living and dining room a separate kitchen the main bedroom
36:11which has an ensuite bathroom a second slightly smaller bedroom and another bathroom come on through
36:19kitchen's there it's a big surprise very big I mean apart from the furniture but I can really blend
36:44that out it's a super nice space amazing yeah amazing amazing amazing very impressive standard
36:52we'll go and have a look at the outside space in a second but just come through with me because I want
36:58to show you the bedrooms you've got your wardrobes you've got access to outside you've got air conditioning
37:08already it's all here yeah and you've got a beautiful view to the valley it's very impressive

40:26end of yesterday when we last spoke you were both really keen on property five but you still kind of had
40:37property three the ground floor yeah two-bedroom in the back of your minds as well tell me how your
40:43evening went one has one the apartment on the ground floor is it yes oh do you want to make an offer
40:55yes please oh just felt right it just felt like what we are looking for even though we didn't know
41:01that we are looking for something like that what you explained to me at the beginning what you were
41:04looking for how you were hoping to use the property and what you were hoping to get out of it I think
41:11that one is the right choice so as you know it was on for just over 139,000 pounds and the vendors had
41:20said that there's no negotiation on that so how do you two want to proceed you know it was very clear
41:29how you explained to us about you know the vendor wanted asking price you know obviously we'll be
41:34starting from scratch you know we're gonna have to furnish the place you know and so on and so forth
41:40so we thought we would like to try and offer of a hundred and thirty six thousand and a half

42:29would like to make an offer of one hundred and thirty six and a half thousand pounds they are cash buyers
42:36so they are ready to move as quickly as the vendor would like okay Peter thank you I'll be waiting
