00:00No one in Europe at all does not forget about the first reasons and requires only one thing.
00:07Please stop the war, let Ukraine and us, Europeans, breathe,
00:14win the time for a little bit to support the Kyiv regime with weapons.
00:23And we are trying to achieve a package of agreements about a safe, sustainable, long-term world
00:35with safe guarantees for all involved.
00:39And our negotiations with the President of the United States, with his team,
00:44are dedicated to the search of long-term regulation
00:49for the first reasons of this crisis.
00:52And we need to give the right to the current American leader
00:57after returning to the White House.
00:59He really has been involved with this question
01:02and, in our opinion, he is truly trying to help
01:06to overcome the conflict of political and diplomatic methods.
01:10We welcome this.
01:12But, of course, there is no one intention.
01:14We need practical steps to solve the first reasons of the conflict,
01:20that Americans have been about the future of Ukraine.
01:21You need to break down the crisis of Ukraine.
01:22We need to make sure the first time the American people
01:23is to become responsible.
01:25the government has repeatedly issued it, and it is not acceptable for us to push Ukraine into NATO,
01:34according to what has been promised for the last 35 years.
01:38What about the Americans, as I already said, they, in our opinion, are interested in understanding the essence of the Ukrainian crisis.
01:49This was reflected in the meeting of President Putin and Trump in Ankerlid, on August 15th.
01:56There were made of mutual understanding, which for us maintain its actuality and can serve as a point of regulation.
02:07When we had a special president of President Trump, on the end of his meeting with President Putin,
02:16I believe that both sides, the Russian and the American,
02:20both sides, and the Russian and the American, both sides, and the United States,
02:23which were achieved in Aalaska's own understanding.
02:25This is a very important result, because after Ankerlid was a period of pause.
02:31Now, in our negotiations with Americans about Ukrainian problems,
02:36I personally believe that the misunderstanding and understanding were removed.
02:42We don't have any aggressive plans against the NATO members or the EU members who are prepared to fix the appropriate guarantees, of course, on a collective basis in the context of the proposed approach.
03:05But, I repeat, it's we, and we answer for our words. And on the other hand, there is an honest military war.
03:13And, as our President said, if Europe decides to fight, we're ready to do this even now.
03:23We gave our American colleagues additional proposals, which were related to collective guarantees of safety.
03:33We understand that, thinking about guarantees of safety, we can only limit Ukraine.
04:03So, we're ready to go.
04:11That's what we're going to do.
04:13We're ready to go.
04:15We're ready to go.
