00:00Stranger Things creators the Duffer brothers are opening up about everything from the third
00:09season's departure from Halloween spookiness to their plans for the highly anticipated season
00:14four and beyond. In terms of storytelling for season three, Ross Duffer says they wanted each
00:19season to feel different. With season three we realized early on that we were going to shoot
00:24mostly in the summer and that it would be released in the summer. Automatically that
00:27gave it this very different feel in terms of both the tone and the colors. We wanted this season to
00:32feel like the big Hollywood summer blockbusters that we grew up with and loved so much. As for
00:37when the show will resume production, Ross Duffer notes, everyone's excited to get back to work but
00:42the priority is the safety of the cast and crew and that will dictate when we go back. Matt Duffer adds
00:47we've had a lot more time to work on the scripts. For the first time we have all the scripts written
00:52and we're able to look at it as a whole piece and make adjustments. The Duffer brothers also revealed
00:56some hints about how the series will wrap saying season four won't be the end.
01:00We know what the end is and we know when it is. The pandemic has given us time to look ahead,
01:05figure out what's best for the show. Starting to fill that out gave us a better idea of how long we
01:10need to tell that story. For more on THR's interview with the Duffer brothers and their plans for Stranger
