00:01Miley Cyrus is set to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Hannah Montana
00:05with a special on Disney+.
00:08If you can believe it, it's been two decades since we were introduced
00:12to a young girl named Miley who had the best of both worlds,
00:15as a normal student by day and a pop star by night.

00:28In honor of the milestone, Disney just announced
00:31that a Hannah Montana 20th anniversary special
00:34is coming to Disney Plus on March 24th.
00:37The special will quote,
00:38celebrate the iconic series that defined a generation,
00:41exactly two decades after its Disney Channel debut.
00:44Disney and Cyrus shared this video on Instagram announcing the news.

00:53Hannah Montana!
00:59The flower singer will join the special to be filmed in front of a live studio audience
01:03for an exclusive in-depth interview with Call Her Daddy podcast host Alex Cooper.
01:08Throughout the special, Cyrus will revisit iconic moments and the music from the show.
01:16Plus, some of the show's sets will be brought back to life for the special,
01:20including the Hannah Montana closet and the Stewart family living room.
01:23Fans will also be treated to never-before-seen archival footage.
01:27Cyrus said in a statement,
01:28Hannah Montana will always be a part of who I am.
01:31What started as a TV show became a shared experience that shaped my life
01:35and the lives of so many fans.
01:37And I'll always be thankful for that connection.
01:40She continued,
01:41The fact that it still means so much to people all these years later
01:44is something I'm very proud of.
01:46This Hannahversary is my way of celebrating and thanking the fans
01:49who've stood by me for 20 years.
