00:00Hello, I'm Greg Wright of the Yorkshire Post.
00:04Lloyd's Banking Group has reported a 36% fall in its earnings the third quarter,
00:10as it felt the impact of an extra £800 million charge to compensate customers who were unfairly sold a car loan.
00:19The bank reported a pre-tax profit of £1.2 billion between July and September.
00:24This was more than a third lower than £1.8 billion made over the same period last year.
00:30Although it came in above the £1 billion profit, the most analysts were expecting.
00:36My name is Greg Wright. I'm the Deputy Business Editor of the Yorkshire Post.
