00:00So this is just another step forward. We are taking a step forward today. I am as
00:08enthusiastic about this project and all the opportunities that it will bring as
00:14I've always been and my passion and my commitment to this project the Tasmanian
00:21Devils and the aspirations of our young people has only strengthened my resolve
00:28as a result of the report today. We can do this and there will be members of
00:34Parliament in both the Legislative Council and the House of Assembly that
00:37will have the final say on this project as we always said it would. I mean this
00:43is intergenerational infrastructure this is not just for the next three to five
00:48years this is for the next 30, 40, 50 years. This is intergenerational
00:54infrastructure that will build aspiration amongst our young people, give
01:00opportunity and hope to young people and I want to keep young people here in
01:04Tasmania. Indeed the Devils footy teams already attracted people to Tasmania to
01:11live to work here and bring their families here and so I am not going to
01:16give up on this project. This is going to have huge economic benefits for Tasmania
01:25right across every corner of Tasmania and build that aspiration and you cannot put
01:29a value on keeping young people in Tasmania and building hope and aspiration.
