00:00Hello and welcome to Manchester World. The big day is here. Manchester United are just about to face off against Tottenham in the Europa League final to try and salvage a season that's been difficult for everyone associated with the club, particularly the fan base.
00:12Now Red Square and the A.O. Arena are doing a fan zone inside the A.O. Arena which promises to have a great atmosphere. So we're going to head in there and experience the game along with some of the fans.
00:21I'm confident because we're not bottlers, we're talking them all. Yeah, Tottenham bottler everything, can't win trophies. 3-0, 3-0. Yeah, this will be the catalyst now. We're winning the first bit of silverware, some have to set us down and we'll win the league next season.
00:37Oh, a bit nervous but I think we've got it in the bag. Yeah, confident. Yeah. We're unbeaten in Europe so I feel like we're a cup team now so we'll smash it. But we're 3-1. 3-1. I'm saying 2-1.
00:50No, no, I feel like it's a do-good next season to be fair.
00:54Yeah, yeah. Hopefully he does well in a summer transfer. That's it, we'll see.
01:00So with those takes absolutely short not to age badly, we set ourselves down and they did have a Stone Roses tribute act before the game itself started.
01:09There was a little bit of trouble with flares inside too with the perpetrators here getting kicked out.
01:14Unfortunately, not hiding their faces and then by the time it had filled up, the game was pretty much ready to go.
01:20These were the scenes as we kicked off. You can see there a lot of encouragement after Man Utd started the game pretty well, managing to press Tonnenbach.
01:28But this was the disappointment when Brennan Johnson's goal was turned in just before the half-time break.
01:35Now, the second half was full of excitement really in many ways.
01:40Man Utd fans were pretty encouraged by some of the play, but here you can see the reaction to Mickey van der Ven's wonder block and then a late no penalty decision.
01:51Full-time came and this was the reaction.
01:53So that's full-time. 1-0 to Tottenham. Big result for them. Disappointing result for Manchester United.
01:59But we'll be asking questions now. How we're going to have Brennan's future at the club.
02:04We're going to see if we can get some family action now.
02:06We need to rebuild. We didn't deserve to win tonight. We need to stick by him.
02:11It's okay whenever things are going bad to throw people under the bus.
02:17We need to stick by him, rebuild and go again.
02:19I was in Rome and we got battered by Barca. You can understand it, but that...
02:25I don't think any team's there to win. We're both terrible at football.
02:29Any team's there to win.
02:31If they sign a new manager, same thing again. So, just be rinse and recycle.
02:36There's 13, 14 players in that team. They're awful.
02:41And they'll go like Lindelof, Eriksen.
02:43No, no, no, no.
02:45I'm going to play, though.
02:46Yeah, no, no.
02:46He's done the best he can. He needs a couple of transfer windows and will rebuild.
02:51It's the same thing every manager. They need to stick with him.
02:54That's all for now at the AR Arena. Thanks very much for watching.
02:57Another Manchester World Football.
