00:00After last week, Chris, that's a great result today in the league. 1-0 against NFA and a
00:07perfect performance for 90 minutes.
00:09Yeah, a battle on performance. I spoke to the players before the game about we don't
00:14need perfect performances every week, we don't need pretty football. The stage of the season
00:18that we're at now, we need wins and obviously you've seen that last week, you've seen it
00:22again today. Since we had the couple of weeks where we were losing games, we've now gone
00:26on beating an eight. There's been a couple of draws in there, but six wins, so it's positive
00:30times and takes us towards the business end now of the season.
00:34And that was with a number of players missing as well. We started with 11 of course, but
00:38we had a few missing today as well.
00:40Yeah, I mean the lads on the bench are coming back from injury and two development boys
00:44on the bench as well, so it was good for them to make the step up. Obviously Ellis Pugh
00:47has made his first league start for the club today, I just want to give him his props as
00:51well because he's had to be really patient. We rate him highly, but as with young players
00:55they want it all immediately, he's had to be a little bit patient this season. He put
00:59in a great performance today, I thought he was really good on the left-hand side.
01:02And Oli, another clean sheet?
01:04Yeah, yeah. Keith reminds me, I can't remember what number he's up to now, but he's having
01:07a good season with clean sheets.
01:08Let's have another five, yeah?
01:09Yeah.
01:10OK. Great win, on to next week in Llangenny, at the home game for a change. What can we
01:16look forward to next week?
01:17We've just got to keep going, like I say, it's eight games unbeaten now, so we've got
01:21to keep going on that run if we want to be in the shake-up at the end of the season.
01:24It was a difficult test when we went to their grounds, and it will be when they come to
01:28our grounds, so we've got to be at it again. Like I say, we just need wins, just need to
01:32be a pretty performance, but we've got to keep winning games like we have done in the
01:34last few weeks.
01:35Wasn't a pretty goal with Tom, it went in, so he's scoring as well, isn't he?
01:43Yeah. I mean, Tom, when he's fit, he'll always do that. I think he's ahead for games and
01:49goals this season, if you add the two up, so he's a goal-scorer, that's what he does.
01:53Thanks.
01:54Diolch yn fawr.
