00:00Elon Musk's rebranded platform X, which of course was formerly known as Twitter, is facing
00:08growing challenges in the UK. Once a hub for conversations, X has been declining in engagements
00:16as users and organisations, including The Guardian, reduce activity due to concerns
00:22about misinformation and harmful content. Many users are migrating to alternatives like
00:29Threads and Blue Sky, with that app reporting a sharp rise in signups. Recent platform
00:37changes such as alterations to blocking features and new terms allowing posts to train Musk's
00:44AI chatbot have raised privacy concerns. Despite Musk's vision of integrating AI and subscription
00:51models, these decisions have alienated parts of the user base. The question remains, can
00:57X overcome these challenges and regain trust, or is its influence waning permanently?

I'm looking for a replacement for Facebook. I'm not down with Mark's data centers destroying communities he moves into. It is very disrespectful behavior. Then he has the gall to censor my comments? I say I want to kill myself and get censored. Our whole planet is being destroyed by Big Money. Politics is bought by Big Money. Big Money owns these media outlets such as facebook. With all the damage these people have caused, who are they to censor me?
