00:09 Well it means we're going to have major issues for insurance, liability insurance.

00:13 It means that our community has been sold out by the government.

00:17 We've got no representation from our three tiers of government that are elected to represent

00:22 You know, and it's just, in the future we are going to consider leasing our own farm

00:28 to them and if it's going to be an industrial area and that's what they want, well, we might

00:32 just go that way too.
