A woman who tried to sneak onto a flight at Gatwick Airport has been sentenced. Mistura Alade was informed her passport was invalid. She broke through a security door before bundling over a worker on a staircase. She was sentenced to a one year community order.  New figures show that hundreds of appointments were postponed at Birmingham University Hospitals Trust due to the junior doctors' strike this month. An average of 473 junior doctors were on strike each day. NHS leaders warned the impact could last for months.  A World War 2 veteran has walked hundreds of miles around his garden for charity after being inspired by Captain Sir Tom Moore. Harold Jones, aged 100, laps his back garden 30 times every day. He has clocked an impressive 661 miles, raising £43,000 for Motor Neurone Disease in four years.
