00:10We can see anywhere up to 115 mile an hour wind gusts here in Pensacola.

00:35Okay, this is going to be important here.
00:37Now when you see this here, storm surge, we've been talking about it over the last couple of hours.
00:43Storm surge is what we're going to be watching here, especially for low-lying areas here in Pensacola.
00:48That's going to be something to watch, especially for neighborhoods.
00:52I mean, my photographer Andy and I have been driving through some of these neighborhoods.
00:56We've already seen downed wires and trees.
01:00And think about that.
01:02We haven't even gotten to the main...

01:07If you can see that in the distance.
01:08We've been seeing these surges of light here in town.
01:13It really is intense to see.
01:15Anyway, but yes, we've been seeing these down trees, down wires.
01:17That is going to be really important to know, especially for those, again, that needed to heed those warnings.
01:22We're going to stay inside because conditions are just deteriorating so quickly here.

01:29I mean, it really is intense.
01:30It's really interesting because you get almost a calmness in the air for just a few seconds.
01:37The wind gusts really dies down.
01:40The rain isn't really even heavy right now.
01:43It's a very light rain.
01:44But then all of a sudden we get these intense wind gusts and it just literally knocks you over.
01:49Again, you're talking about how intense some of these wind gusts really are.
01:52I mean, again, you really could potentially see 100, 115 plus mile an hour wind gusts here.

02:07The lights on the homes over there, they keep flickering.
02:09So we've been seeing power going in and out in this area too.
02:14I'd expect within the hour, if that, you could potentially lose power in this part of Pensacola for sure.
02:22So again, worst conditions right here.
02:26And there you go.
02:27You see those wind gusts really start to pick up again.
02:30Really, really intense here in Pensacola.
02:32And as we know, that's not going to die down any time soon.
02:34We've got a few hours of this as this continues.
