00:00Let me give you another team, Eagles and Jaguars.
00:03This is going to be the game in London here.
00:06Man, it looks like this Eagle team is just falling apart right now.
00:09Jags look like they're playing some pretty good football.
00:11They spanked the Patriots, right, the last week here.
00:15I mean, you got a bunch of dudes out.
00:18Lane Johnson retires.
00:19They just shipped out Cam Juergens.
00:21I mean, what says you in this ballgame?
00:25We talked about this a couple weeks ago
00:26when the Eagles just barely beat my Tennessee Titans.
00:30And I was very underwhelmed by what I saw from that team in that game.
00:34They can't stop the run.
00:35I think they're getting beat up in the trenches.
00:37And now they don't have any offensive line help,
00:39which we are already struggling going into this spot.
00:42Now, this is a really bad travel spot as well, going overseas to London.
00:46And not only that, Dan,
00:48their opponent is playing some of the best ball in football right now.
00:50The Jaguars are absolutely rolling.
00:53Dan, I'll read you this stat.
00:54Do you know that there has only been one running back
00:56to eclipse 38 rushing yards this season against this Jaguars defense?
01:02Do you know who that running back was?
01:04Jonah Coleman from the Broncos.
01:06That's the guy who was able to get over 38 rushing yards
01:09against this Jags defense all year long.
01:11So they've been playing great ball defensively.
01:13Trevor Lawrence has been really good offensively as well.
01:16Basial Tootin's been nice out of the backfield too.
01:18So I don't know.
01:20The vibes are low in Philadelphia right now.
01:22It feels like how Roseman's maybe starting to kind of peek towards
01:25what we're going to see in the draft and going into next season.
01:27It certainly feels like the window is slowly closing on this iteration
01:32of the roster and their Super Bowl aspirations.
01:35No Saquon Barkley this week.
01:36Devonta Smith obviously has been great,
01:38but is he going to be healthy enough to play in this game?
01:40So many question marks for this Eagles team.
01:43And it just feels like a humongous letdown spot in London.
01:46And I think the Jags are just going to be too much to handle.
01:49So it's tough if you're a Philly fan, but I kind of knew this going into the season.
01:53I kind of knew this when I watched them against my Titans.
01:55It's been a tough time for Philly fans.
01:58Man, you've got to be impressed too, right, with Liam Cohn
02:01and what he's done with Trevor Lawrence.
02:02I mean, you know, this guy, he stumbled out of the gate
02:05when he got drafted to the Jags and everyone's like,
02:08is he a franchise guy?
02:09Is he not a French guy?
02:10They started, you know, with Doug Peterson
02:12and they even had Urban Meyer, who I like to call in that building at one time.
02:17And now they bring in Liam Cohn.
02:19But, dude, look at what Liam Cohn did for Baker Mayfield.
02:22He just got this dude paid.
02:23He was one of the guys, along with Dave Canales.
02:26I mean, look, I know I toot the horn at Ben Johnson a lot up in Chicago,
02:30but this guy's done a hell of a job at Jacksonville.
02:33Hey, man, you remember the days of his first press conference?
02:37Dude, oh, I think a lot of Jacksonville fans have put that humiliation to rest, right?
02:43They've been playing great ball, man.
02:44And like I said, not only has what he brought offensively really helped this team
02:48and what Trevor Lawrence, with his development into, as you said,
02:51turning into that franchise guy that you expect from a number one overall pick quarterback.
02:54But it's been the defense for me that's been the most impressive thing about this Jags team.
02:59They have been beating people in the trenches.
03:00They have been grinding people out defensively.
03:03And they look like one of the better teams in the AFC.
03:05We'll see you next time.
