00:00Between the end of Killer and Killers and this movie, there are teases of stuff that you want to do
00:05in the future.
00:06Like, how much of a big picture plan do you have in mind?
00:11On the one hand, really taking everything movie by movie and making sure that we're not...
00:17I don't mean to babe Ruth anything and get it too ahead of myself.
00:21I want to make sure each movie stands on its own.
00:23On the other hand, the mic can help it wander and draw up, you know, dream things as we go.
00:29And certainly, as we embarked on the post-prey stuff, I was dreaming up a lot of fun things.
00:39But everything's kind of moment to moment.
00:41Have you talked with Alec Gillis about what a female yauta, like, sexual dimorphism within the species looks like?
00:47Funny enough, we did talk a little bit about it as we were figuring out Badlands.
00:54And I initially was like, this is dicey territory.
00:58Let's not...
00:59I don't...
00:59We're just dipping our toes into the wider yauta culture.
01:03Let's not quite go there yet.
01:06But we are, you know, if we are to see more, that will certainly be something that the movies...
01:11There's so much in the comics and certainly fan art.
01:15But the movies will definitely have to really take on what exactly that kind of character looks like.
01:20And I hope to surprise people with it, yeah.
01:23But...
01:23I don't know.
01:23I don't know.
01:23But I'm sure.
01:25I don't know.
01:25I don't know.
01:25But I don't know.
