00:15My name is Ayamde Adibita David. I am one of the finalists for care sector
00:21guns talent. I'm a saxophonist and I work as a kitchen assistant at a beauty
00:26of care home at Aradets. I've been playing saxophone since 2018, though I started professionally
00:47in the year 2019. I've always been a pianist. In my family we all play the piano, but I came
00:55across the saxophone and I got so interested. So I had to like encourage myself and say
01:00yeah I can do this. I really wanted it. I'm so inspired when I see saxophonist playing.
01:05So I picked it up and I started learning.
01:20I came about care sector's got talent on my Sona app. I was about to clock out from work
01:25and I came across this advertisement and I took my time to check through after clocking
01:30out when I got home. I checked through and I checked through on YouTube as well. Then
01:35I thought oh this is what I can do. So I went to check all the requirements and I noticed
01:39that I just need to like submit my video for an audition. And I picked one of my favorite
01:43videos and I submitted. And I got a response after that I'd been selected as one of the
01:49finalists. I was so happy. This is a very nice, great moment news for me that day. So it was
01:54a very nice time here. I'm a little bit nervous, but it's fine because I know it's going to
01:59be fine because this is my first time doing something like this. It's going to be with
02:03a lot of vibes. I've been realizing, practicing, and you know on stage I have to be very communicating.
02:09So it's not just me playing to myself. I have to engage the audience and make sure everyone
02:14is carried along here. I feel like care sector's got talent is one of the best platform to
02:19actually show off your talent then complementing with your work. And staffs management can also
02:26know what you do. Serving the residents, making them feel so good and they appreciate every
02:31of my services, which is a very nice one. And I love doing this job. Trust me, I love the
02:36job so well. And when I'm back from the competition, I'll be performing for them live. It's going to
02:41be a great one. I want them to also enjoy the vibe.
