The House prosecution panel is expected to decide within the next two weeks whether it will still pursue the bribery charge against Vice President Sara Duterte under Article III of the impeachment complaint, according to Bicol Saro Party-list Rep. Terry Ridon.

Ridon said the decision will likely come after prosecutors finish presenting their case on Article II, which concerns alleged unexplained wealth. The bribery charge involves allegations that cash envelopes were given to Department of Education officials during Duterte’s tenure as education secretary.
