Oura filed for a U.S. initial public offering on Thursday, revealing that it sold more than 3.6 million smart rings over the past year.

CEO Tom Hale previously told Fortune's Allie Garfinkle that the Oura Ring is like having a “doctor in your pocket,” monitoring sleep, physical activity, and other biometric signals.
