00:00:08I don't know.
00:00:35Look! A dragon knight! A real one!
00:00:38A dragon knight? Here? For the selection?
00:00:43If only I could be a dragon knight.
00:00:45Moonlight City ahead. The future Sanctuary Master's in there somewhere.
00:00:49Ferris, Moonlight City's selection is under your authority.
00:00:52One more thing. The Hale Patriarch Sun is my only disciple.
00:00:56The next Sanctuary Master.
00:00:58Get him in, whatever it takes. Don't disappoint me.
00:01:02As you command.
00:01:12Ellis! You're being honored by a dragon knight himself.
00:01:15Looks like you've already won their approval.
00:01:19Don't worry, Father. I'll be selected.
00:01:40Today, you both awaken your dragon power. For the Hales, that's everything.
00:01:46Begin!
00:01:49Father, I won't let you down.
00:02:03My God! Are my eyes playing tricks? Level 8? Moonlight City's never seen talent like this!
00:02:08Heavens! The boys are prodigy!
00:02:09The Hales have got themselves a true dragon!
00:02:13Owen, your turn.
00:02:16What level do you think the little one pulls off?
00:02:18Can't be bad.
00:02:20Hale Blood has never started beneath level.
00:02:22His half-brother just hit 8.
00:02:24The youngest's got to be 6, 7 at least.
00:02:27Right?
00:02:28Maybe he'll even pull off a miracle.
00:02:41Wait.
00:02:42Nothing?
00:02:43Not even a spark?
00:02:45How is that even possible?
00:02:47Unless he's not really the Patriarch's son.
00:02:49Shush! Say that again and you're dead.
00:02:50Again!
00:03:06You're fine with your hands.
00:03:20Your father sent you here, to Dragon's Hollow.
00:03:25You'll awaken your power, or it'll kill you.
00:03:47I'm glad that you're blessed with the Dragon God's mark at such a young age, unheard of.
00:03:52It shows you a full level above dragon power.
00:04:05Ha! This kid's a fighter!
00:04:16Kid's getting stronger by the day, can barely hold him off.
00:04:20If he sees me bleeding, I'm finished.
00:04:22Some Sanctuary Master I'd be, defeated by my own pupil.
00:04:42You have a letter from home. Take a look.
00:04:46He remembers me after all. He wants me home!
00:04:53My worthless son, home again. Will he really block Ellis's from ill fortune? Make my heir a Dragon Knight?
00:05:01Of course.
00:05:06Clan leader, the young master sent word back saying he survived the Dragon's Hollow and even taken a master.
00:05:19Trade one failure for a Dragon Knight? Now that's a bargain.
00:05:29Time to leave the Dragon's Hollow. Build some character, earn some scars. Moonlight City's selection is starting. Go enter it.
00:05:36One more thing. That gold mark of yours, don't call on it. Not unless you're dying, hear me?
00:05:42Understood, Master.
00:05:54Wait for me.
00:06:05Let him go.
00:06:07Those two joined at the heap.
00:06:09Silas, your pupil went from powerless nobody to nearly your equal in just ten years.
00:06:14Six rings of the Dragon God's mark. Only a Sanctuary Master's ever awoken that mark.
00:06:19He'll be the next Sanctuary Master, no question. Lucky he's stuck at six rings. One more, my title's his. Terrifying
00:06:26that talent.
00:06:27You're not getting any younger. He's catching up.
00:06:30This is embarrassing.
00:06:46Sanctuary Master.
00:06:47The boys from Moonlight City. Their selection's starting. Send someone to run it.
00:06:52My disciple will pass the selection. Genius or not, he'll walk the path like everyone else.
00:06:58Yes, Sanctuary Master.
00:07:14You're not calling for this price.
00:07:16Yeah.
00:07:30That is the first plan.
00:07:31It will be Calmar by a good gal.

00:11:32my future master better mind my manners
00:11:38look it's ellis hail heard a dragon knight paid the hails a personal visit yesterday
00:11:43selection hasn't even started and ellis is already halfway in the door
00:11:46god just comparing myself to him hurts
00:11:49everyone today's selection will be splitted in press
00:11:52round one the dragon's pressure dragon marshal lord ferris's mount unleashes its power
00:11:59if you are swept away by its presence you fail stay on your feet you advance
00:12:16can't take a little pressure you'll never bond a dragon never become a dragon knight
00:12:22can't take a little bit
00:12:23can't take a little bit
00:12:24can't take a little bit
00:12:26can't take a little bit
00:12:30can't take a little bit
00:12:32can't take a little bit
00:12:36can't take a little bit
00:12:38can't take a little bit
00:12:41can't take a little bit
00:12:41can't take a little bit
00:12:42can't take a little bit
00:12:42can't take a little bit
00:12:44can't take a little bit
00:12:44can't take a little bit
00:12:44can't take a little bit
00:12:45can't take a little bit
00:12:49can't take a little bit
00:12:51can't take a little bit
00:12:52Fence off the roots. This pressure means nothing.
00:12:54Not bad. Standing firm under Blaze's full pressure. Exceptional. That's the future Sanctuary Master for you.
00:13:07This dragon's huge, but way weaker than Master's. I feel nothing, honestly.
00:13:15Pressure's probably faded by the time it reached that corner. My worthless half-brother sneaking through on a cheap trick.
00:13:22An embarrassment to the Hale name.
00:13:29Wait, isn't that Owen Howe? Why is he still on his feet?
00:13:32Standing. Look where. Cramped in the corner. Pressure probably never touched him.
00:13:36He snuck into round two. Shameless. How'd the Hales end up with that?
00:13:43This isn't fair. He stood so far back. Never heard a thing. That's cheating.
00:13:52Dragging a trash pet dragon with him into the selection? Whoever's kid that is should be embarrassed of them herself.
00:13:57The Hales, I think.
00:13:58How'd the Hales end up with a son like that?
00:14:00Sneaking through like that humiliates the Hale name, that's for sure.
00:14:04Come now, Ellis. This is the brother. Spent a decade training in the mountains all just to cheat his way
00:14:09to victory.
00:14:09Ha! He's a master at it, then. Sneaking past a great dragon's pressure like a rat.
00:14:15The Hale family sent sons. The sanctuary master's disciple must be remarkable. Outstanding.
00:14:23It must be Ellis, then. He looks fit to lead the sanctuary.
00:14:27Round two. Combat trials. Simple rules. Draw lots. Pair off. Fight. Win advance. Lose. You're out. Show us what you've
00:14:41got.
00:14:52Number three. Whoever draws you is knocked out for sure.
00:14:56Doesn't matter who. Ellis Hale wins. Easy.
00:15:00Match three. Ellis Hale versus Owen Hale.
00:15:04The Hale brothers drawn against each other? Rough luck.
00:15:06Rough for who? It's bad for Owen.
00:15:08For Ellis, though?
00:15:09Free pass to round three. You're right. Ellis is through for sure.
00:15:13Interesting. Sorry, brother. You walked right into my hands. Don't expect me to show mercy.
00:15:19Sothacer spoke true. Owen's return will bless Ellis. He was never any match for his brother.
00:15:26Go. Make that disgrace forfeit the second he's up there. Don't let Ellis waste his strength on him.
00:15:35Owen. The family head says forfeit now. Don't waste your brother's strength.
00:15:42Forfeit? Not a chance.
00:15:53How dare you! That's an order from your father!
00:15:57Father wants a forfeit. Let Ellis bow out. I won't.
00:16:02You! Defying your own father!
00:16:06You will regret this!
00:16:15The Sanctuary Master's disciple, no doubt. Majestic.
00:16:19Facing off with the family rejecting his pet lizard.
00:16:22Maybe Blaze's power has a blind spot. Lucky brave, that's all.
00:16:30Forfeit now, brother. There's still time.
00:16:33Blades don't stop for familial bonds.
00:16:37Ellis, he was always such a gentleman.
00:16:39He is. Shame his half-brother doesn't know a gift when he sees one.
00:16:53That pet of yours...
00:16:56Q...
00:16:58None of your business.
00:16:59Round two. Match three.
00:17:02Begin!
00:17:07You animal!
00:17:08Kneel!
00:17:09Owen!
00:17:10What do you think you're doing?
00:17:12The food in your belly.
00:17:13The clothes off your back.
00:17:14All from me.
00:17:15Ignoring my orders.
00:17:17Raising a fist against your own brother.
00:17:19Your brother's the Hail Air.
00:17:21Moonlight City's genius.
00:17:23Level 8, just five years old.
00:17:24Earned a silver badge at 16.
00:17:26And you?
00:17:26Your mother died because of you.
00:17:28Now you want me dead too?
00:17:33A curse on this family.
00:17:35I said all those years ago a baby that killed its mother would spell certain death for its father.
00:17:40Wasn't I right?
00:17:41Such a fine woman, his mother.
00:17:43How'd she give birth to this disgrace?
00:17:45His mother died of shame, I'm telling you!
00:17:48Hayes, calm down.
00:17:50That brat's not worth it.
00:17:51He's just riding Ellis' name for attention.
00:17:54Indulge his tantrum and he'll only get worse.
00:17:57Actions speak louder than words.
00:17:59Call the city guard.
00:18:00Give him a few dozen lashes, he'll fall in line.
00:18:07I just wanted to prove I'm not less than anyone.
00:18:19That's the future Sanctuary Master's father.
00:18:22What am I supposed to say?
00:18:24Watch that, Toad.
00:18:26I'm your old man, and this is how you talk to me?
00:18:29You are worse than an animal!
00:18:31You're an arrogant, conceited guy!
00:18:38Have you ever treated me as your son?
00:18:40You've been very clear.
00:18:41I'm worth less than a hair on Ellis' head to you.
00:18:44At least you throw your hunting dogs a bone.
00:18:46What did I ever get?
00:18:47What kind of father acts the way you do?
00:18:50You?
00:18:51Fine!
00:18:52Fine!
00:18:53Touch one hair on your brother's head, you're done with the hails forever!
00:18:57No son of mine, no name, no family, no roots!
00:19:00You'll be nothing but a stray raised by some nobody in the woods!
00:19:03A stray!
00:19:04A stray dog!
00:19:05The hails raised a stray dog!
00:19:09So that's why he wouldn't leave the platform.
00:19:11One last grab at glory?
00:19:12Shame.
00:19:13He's about to lose it all instead.
00:19:15Hayes, you want to kick him out?
00:19:16Send him my way!
00:19:17I need a guard dog and he's built for it!
00:19:23Everyone, hear me out.
00:19:25Owen's been troubled since he was a boy, but he's still hailed blood.
00:19:29He only wants to prove himself.
00:19:31I understand that as his brother.
00:19:34Listen to that!
00:19:35That's the bearing of a great house!
00:19:37Ellis, generous to a fault!
00:19:40Destined for greatness!
00:19:42Here's the deal, brother.
00:19:44Walk off this stage, grovel to father, I'll speak for you.
00:19:47Play smart, and this ends easy.
00:19:50Embarrass me, and you're gone for good.
00:19:52There are worse things than death.
00:19:54No one will mourn a stray dog.
00:19:56Then from this moment on, I'll renounce the hail name!
00:20:03Won't listen, will you?
00:20:04Don't blame me then.
00:20:05Let me show you real despair.
00:20:07Let me show you the dragon Lord Ferris gave me.
00:20:10Chose this dragon myself for the future Sanctuary Master.
00:20:15Maximizes his power, right where he's at.
00:20:18Lord Ferris, preparing a dragon for Ellis!
00:20:21The hails have a dragon knight!
00:20:24A real one!
00:20:27Heaven's a dragon before he's even a knight!
00:20:29Ellis, born lucky!
00:20:31I'm jealous.
00:20:32Wish a dragon knight thought that much of me!
00:20:38Come forth!
00:20:40G-Dragon!
00:20:55Heaven's a real dragon!
00:20:56Ellis, hail already has his own dragon?
00:20:58Just crown him dragon knight and be done with it!
00:21:00The hail ancestors must be grinning from their graves!
00:21:10A jade dragon.
00:21:12Full-grown.
00:21:13Chose it myself for the future Sanctuary Master, Ellis Hale.
00:21:16Docile.
00:21:16Easy to tame.
00:21:17Perfect first bond.
00:21:18Not top-tier, sure.
00:21:20But for a knight who can set foot in the Sanctuary, a gift beyond his imagination, I'm sure.
00:21:24Now that's the spectacle that future Sanctuary Master deserves.
00:21:29As for that one over there, once Ellis is in the Sanctuary, I'll be his most trusted man.
00:21:37That's it, Ellis!
00:21:38Beat that on Greatentrack senseless!
00:21:40Go, Ellis!
00:21:41Show that failure what real talent looks like!
00:21:45Come, worthless brother.
00:21:47Let this whole city see the gap between us.
00:21:54Failure.
00:21:55Cushed out by your own family.
00:21:58Kneel!
00:22:03I'm not a failure!
00:22:06I'm Owen!
00:22:07My mother was Liz Manta!
00:22:09I'm her son!
00:22:12Kneel!
00:22:19I'm not a failure!
00:22:46Today, you both awaken your dragon power.
00:22:49For the Hales, that's everything.
00:22:53Begin!
00:22:56Father, I won't let you down.
00:23:09My God!
00:23:10Are my eyes playing tricks?
00:23:11Level 8?
00:23:12Moonlight City's never seen talent like this!

00:44:32Haleblood has never started beneath level.
00:44:34His half-brother just hit 8.
00:44:36The younger's got to be 6, 7 at least.
00:44:39Right?
00:44:40Maybe he'll even pull off a miracle.
00:44:54Wait, nothing?
00:44:56Not even a spark?
00:44:57How is that even possible?
00:44:59Unless he's not really the Patriarch's son.
00:45:01Shush, say that again and you're dead.
00:45:03Again!
00:45:33Your father sent you here.

00:52:00You should consider it an honor
00:52:03Father, I entered the selection too
00:52:05Let me prove it
00:52:06I'm not less than him
00:52:11Look, not to crush your spirit, kid
00:52:13But geniuses claw over each other for this
00:52:15Every single year
00:52:16Only one will be selected to become a Dragon Knight
00:52:19You really think you can best your brother?
00:52:23Delusional
00:52:24Dragging that trash dragon along too
00:52:35Not trash
00:52:36It's my partner
00:52:38My brother
00:52:51Go then
00:52:52I won't stop you
00:52:55Embarrass the Hales out there though
00:52:56And you're no son of mine
00:53:00And keep that mutt out of sight
00:53:02Your brother's about to bond with a real dragon
00:53:05When people see your lizard next to his
00:53:08They'll laugh us out of the city
00:53:15Watch from the stands tomorrow, brother
00:53:17See how a real Hale air becomes a Dragon Knight
00:53:20As for you
00:53:39Dragon Marshal Nemo made it clear
00:53:41The Sanctuary Master's Disciple is from the Hale family
00:53:45My future Master
00:53:46Better mind my manners
00:53:50Look, it's Ellis Hale
00:53:52Heard a Dragon Knight paid the Hales a personal visit yesterday
00:53:55Selection hasn't even started
00:53:56And Ellis is already halfway in the door
00:53:58God, just comparing myself to him hurts
00:54:01Everyone
00:54:02Today's selection will be splitted in press
00:54:04Round one
00:54:06The Dragon's Pressure
00:54:08Dragon Marshal Lord Ferris' mount unleashes its power
00:54:11If you are swept away by its presence, you fail
00:54:13Stay on your feet, you advance
00:54:28Can't take a little pressure
00:54:30You'll never bond a dragon
00:54:32Never become a Dragon Knight
00:55:01This armor cost Father of Fortune
00:55:03I made Enchantment's defense off the roots
00:55:05This pressure means nothing
00:55:06Not bad
00:55:07Standing firm under Blaze's full pressure
00:55:10Exceptional
00:55:11That's the future Sanctuary Master for you
00:55:19This Dragon's huge
00:55:20But way weaker than Master's
00:55:22I feel nothing, honestly
00:55:27Pressure's probably faded by the time it reached that corner
00:55:30My worthless half-brother sneaking through on a cheap trick
00:55:34An embarrassment to the Hale name
00:55:41Wait, isn't that Owen Howe?
00:55:43Why is he still on his feet?
00:55:44Standing
00:55:44Look where
00:55:45Cramped in the corner
00:55:46Pressure probably never touched him
00:55:48He snuck into round two
00:55:49Shameless
00:55:50How'd the Hales end up with that?
00:55:55This isn't fair
00:55:56He stood so far back
00:55:58Never did a thing
00:55:59That's cheating
00:56:04Dragging a trash pet dragon
00:56:06With him into the selection
00:56:07Whoever's kid that is
00:56:08Should be embarrassed of them
00:56:09The Hales, I think
00:56:10How'd the Hales end up with a son like that?
00:56:12Sneaking through like that
00:56:14Humiliates the Hale name
00:56:15That's for sure
00:56:16Come now, Ellis
00:56:17This is the brother
00:56:18Spent a decade training in the mountains
00:56:20All just to cheat his way to victory
00:56:23He's a master at it then
00:56:24Sneaking past a great dragon's pressure
00:56:26Like a rat
00:56:27The Hale family sent sons
00:56:29The Sanctuary Master's disciple
00:56:32Must be remarkable
00:56:34Outstanding
00:56:35It must be Ellis then
00:56:37He looks fit to lead the Sanctuary
00:56:39Round two
00:56:41Combat trials
00:56:43Simple rules
00:56:44Draw lots
00:56:46Pair off
00:56:47Fight
00:56:48Win advance
00:56:49Lose
00:56:50You're out
00:56:52Show us what you've got
00:57:04Number three
00:57:05Whoever draws you is knocked out for sure
00:57:07Doesn't matter who
00:57:09Ellis Hale wins
00:57:11Easy
00:57:12Match three
00:57:13Ellis Hale versus Owen Hale
00:57:15The Hale brothers drawn against each other
00:57:18Rough luck
00:57:18Rough for who?
00:57:19It's bad for Owen
00:57:20For Ellis though?
00:57:21Free pass to round three
00:57:22You're right
00:57:23Ellis is through for sure
00:57:24Interesting
00:57:25Sorry brother
00:57:26You walked right into my hands
00:57:29Don't expect me to show mercy
00:57:31Sothacer spoke true
00:57:33Owen's return will bless Ellis
00:57:35He was never any match for his brother
00:57:38Go
00:57:39Make that disgrace forfeit the second he's up there
00:57:42Don't let Ellis waste his strength on him
00:57:48Owen
00:57:49The family head says forfeit now
00:57:52Don't waste your brother's strength
00:57:54Forfeit
00:57:55Forfeit
00:57:55Not a chance
00:58:06How dare you
00:58:07That's an order from your father
00:58:09Father wants a forfeit
00:58:11Let Ellis bow out
00:58:13I won't
00:58:13You
00:58:14Defying your own father
00:58:18You will regret this
00:58:20You will regret this
00:58:27Sanctuary master's disciple no doubt
00:58:30Majestic
00:58:31Facing off with the family rejecting his pet lizard
00:58:34Maybe Blaze's power has a blind spot
00:58:37Lucky brave
00:58:37That's all
00:58:42Forfeit now
00:58:43Brother
00:58:44There's still time
00:58:45Blades don't stop the familial bonds
00:58:49Ellis he was always such a gentleman
00:58:51He is
00:58:52Shame his half-brother doesn't know a gift when he sees one
00:59:05That pet of yours
00:59:07Cue
00:59:10None of your business
00:59:11Round two
00:59:13Match three
00:59:14Begin
00:59:18You animal
00:59:20Kneel
00:59:21Owen
00:59:22What do you think you're doing
00:59:23The food in your belly
00:59:25The clothes off your back
00:59:26All from me
00:59:27Ignoring my orders
00:59:29Raising a fist against your own brother
00:59:31Your brother's the Hale Air
00:59:33Moonlight City's genius
00:59:34Level 8 just five years old
00:59:36Earned a silver badge at 16
00:59:38And you
00:59:38Your mother died because of you
00:59:40Now you want me dead too
00:59:45A curse on this family
00:59:47I said all those years ago
00:59:49A baby that killed its mother
00:59:50Would spell certain death for its father
00:59:52Wasn't I right?
00:59:53Such a fine woman
00:59:54His mother
00:59:55How'd she give birth to this disgrace?
00:59:57His mother died of shame
00:59:59I'm telling you
01:00:00Hayes calm down
01:00:02That brat's not worth it
01:00:03He's just riding Ellis' name for attention
01:00:06Indulge his tantrum
01:00:07And he'll only get worse
01:00:09Actions speak louder than words
01:00:11Call the city guard
01:00:12Give him a few dozen lashes
01:00:13He'll fall in line
01:00:20I just wanted to prove
01:00:23I'm not less than anyone
01:00:31That's the future Sanctuary Master's father
01:00:34What am I supposed to say?
01:00:36Watch that toe
01:00:38I'm your old man
01:00:39And this is how you talk to me
01:00:41You are worse than an animal
01:00:43You're an arrogant, conceited guy
01:00:50Have you ever treated me as your son?
01:00:52You've been very clear
01:00:53I'm worth less than a hair on Ellis' head to you
01:00:56At least you throw your hunting dogs a bone
01:00:58What did I ever get?
01:00:59What kind of father acts the way you do?
01:01:02You?
01:01:03Fine!
01:01:04Fine!
01:01:05Touch one hair on your brother's head
01:01:07You're done with the hails
01:01:08Forever
01:01:08No son of mine
01:01:10No name
01:01:10No family
01:01:11No roots
01:01:12You'll be nothing but a stray
01:01:13Raised by some nobody in the woods
01:01:15A stray
01:01:16A stray dog
01:01:17The hails raised a stray dog
01:01:21So that's why he wouldn't leave the platform
01:01:23One last grab at glory
01:01:24Shame
01:01:25He's about to lose it all instead
01:01:27Hayes, you want to kick him out?
01:01:28Send him my way
01:01:29I need a guard dog
01:01:31And he's built for it
01:01:35Everyone, hear me out
01:01:37Owen's been trouble since he was a boy
01:01:39But he's still hail blood
01:01:41He only wants to prove himself
01:01:43I understand that
01:01:44As his brother
01:01:47Listen to that
01:01:48That's the bearing of a great house
01:01:49Ellis
01:01:50Generous to a fault
01:01:52Destined for greatness
01:01:54Here's the deal, brother
01:01:56Walk off this stage
01:01:57Grovel to father
01:01:58I'll speak for you
01:02:00Play smart
01:02:00And this ends easy
01:02:02Embarrass me
01:02:03And you're gone for good
01:02:04There are worse things than death
01:02:07No one will mourn a stray dog
01:02:08Then from this moment on
01:02:11I'll renounce the hail name
01:02:15Won't listen, will you?
01:02:16Don't blame me then
01:02:17Let me show you real despair
01:02:19Let me show you the dragon
01:02:21Lord Ferris gave me
01:02:22Chose this dragon myself
01:02:24For the future sanctuary master
01:02:27Maximizes his power
01:02:28Right where he's at
01:02:30Lord Ferris
01:02:31Preparing a dragon
01:02:32For Ellis
01:02:33The hails have a dragon knight
01:02:35A real one
01:02:39Heaven's a dragon before he's even a knight
01:02:41Ellis, born lucky
01:02:43I'm jealous
01:02:44Wish a dragon knight thought that much of me
01:02:50Come forth
01:02:51G dragon
01:03:07Heaven's a real dragon
01:03:08Ellis, hail already has his own dragon
01:03:10Just crown him dragon knight and be done with it
01:03:12The hail ancestors must be burning from their graves
01:03:22The jade dragon
01:03:23Full grown
01:03:25Chose it myself for the future sanctuary master
01:03:27Ellis, hail
01:03:27Docile
01:03:28Easy to tame
01:03:29Perfect first bond
01:03:30Not top tier, sure
01:03:32But for a knight who can set foot in the sanctuary
01:03:34A gift beyond his imagination, I'm sure
01:03:36Now that's the spectacle
01:03:38The future sanctuary master deserves
01:03:41As for that one over there
01:03:44Once Ellis is in the sanctuary
01:03:46I'll be his most trusted man
01:03:48And
01:03:49That's it Ellis
01:03:50Beat that ungradle track senseless
01:03:52Go Ellis
01:03:53Show that failure what real talent looks like
01:03:57Come worthless brother
01:03:59Let this whole city see the gap between us
01:04:06Failure
01:04:07Cut out by your own family
01:04:10Kneel
01:04:15I'm not a failure
01:04:17I'm Owen
01:04:19My mother was Liz Manta
01:04:21I'm her son
01:04:24Yeah
01:04:25I'm not a failure
01:04:30I'm not a failure
01:04:31I'm not a failure
01:04:32I'm not a failure
01:04:32I'm a failure
