Epstein survivors announce plans to release their own survivor-led list of names. The survivors say they know who abused them and witnessed who came and went, declaring that they will no longer wait for the government to act. With officials accused of stalling, the victims are now taking matters into their own hands, potentially reigniting intense public scrutiny over the Epstein case and the people connected to it.

00:00Our voices are real.
00:03Our pain is real.
00:06And our demand for justice will not be silenced.
00:11Good morning.
00:14This is me.
00:16This was me.
00:19My name is Charlene Rochard, and I stand before you today,
00:25not as a victim of rumor or conspiracy,
00:28but as a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse.
00:35Far too long, survivors like me have been dismissed, silenced,
00:41are told that our pain was exaggerated or fabricated.
00:47Let me be clear.
00:50This is not a hoax.
00:52Yes, it's not.
00:53What we endured was real.
00:57And it has scarred lives across five presidential administrations.
01:06The truth has been buried in sealed files and hidden records for far too long.
01:12The Epstein Files Transparency Act is not just about survivors.
01:20It's about America itself.
01:24How can we keep America great if the principles the nation was founded on,
01:30that power belongs to the people, is not protected?
01:35No one, no matter how wealthy and well-connected, stands above the law.
01:41If we cannot face the truth, then we betray the very ideals that defines us as a country.
01:49By passing this act, Congress has the chance to prove that truth matters more than privilege.
01:55Yeah.
01:56That justice matters more than influence.
02:00And that America has the courage to confront even the most uncomfortable realities.
02:08This is not just about survivors.
02:11It's about every American who believes in accountability, fairness, and the promise of justice.
02:21I stand here today not only for myself, but for every survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse
02:29who has carried this burden in silence.
02:31And for every citizen who believes that justice delayed is justice denied.
02:42I want to thank Representatives Ro Khanna and Thomas Massey for standing with us.
02:50And I especially want to thank Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene.
02:58Her unwavering support, her courage to stand with us, and demand transparency gives us strength.
03:09It shows that this fight for accountability is bigger than politics.
03:15It's about humanity, justice, and truth.
03:21This is about America's future.
03:24It's about whether we, the people, will be heard when we have the courage to stand for truth and justice.
03:32Our voices are real.
03:35Our pain is real.
03:38And our demand for justice will not be silenced.
03:44Amen.
03:44Congratulations.
03:46Thanks, girl.
