Chief Constable of Cleveland Police Victoria Fuller pays tribute to two "brave" officers killed in a crash on the A66 road near South Bank, near Middlesbrough in Teesside, which also killed five others. PC Matthew Blades and PC Tom Clough were killed in a collision with a Volkswagen Passat driving the "wrong way" down the road. Report by Keechl.
