00:32And we wanted to make sure we waited until 9 o'clock before the polls closed in Atka.
00:40There's a whole other time zone in Alaska that we were waiting up for.
00:43If we were our own country, we'd be the 18th largest country in the world.
00:49And we are just so unique and special.
00:52And we have a lot of special circumstances in Alaska.
00:56We really need a champion for us in Washington, D.C. who gets us and will work hard for us.
01:05And I am telling you, I really like Joelle's line of fireable offense.
01:09It's been one fireable offense after another.
01:11Yeah, it's like, where do I start, right?
01:16But no, and I will say this.
01:19Dan and I worked really well together the two years that I was in office.
01:22We were in lockstep working hard for Alaska.
01:25There's only three people in our congressional delegation.
01:28We've all got to be pulling.
01:29Right now, we just have one working for us.
01:32Since 2025 in this new administration, it has been one injurious thing after another.
01:38Starting with clawing back public media.
01:41That's life and death for us.
01:43We need our public media.
01:44It binds us together.
01:46And then it was Doge.
01:48Mowing down Alaskan federal employees.
01:51These, you know, federal employees, the federal government is half of our economy.
01:56And so much of that are federal employees.
01:58These are our partners.
02:0060% of our land mass is federal land.
02:02We need federal employees.
02:04We need federal employees across the board.
02:08And these are breadwinners.
02:09Mowing down more federal employees than any other state.
02:13And no other state is so dependent on those wages.
02:18Yes, and then it was the big, beautiful bill, also known as H.R.1, also known as the rescission
02:26package.
02:27And Dan Sullivan has the audacity to call this the Alaska Opportunity Act.
02:32The only, yeah, it's absurd.
02:36The only opportunity that bill has brought to Alaskans is the opportunity for 10,000 Alaskans to get off of
02:44Medicaid.
02:45A third of Alaskans depend on Medicaid.

03:49There's just 77 days left until November 3rd, and we are now in fifth year overdrive.

04:05Alaskan families, real Alaskans who are getting crushed under corporate greed.

04:13Everyone, everywhere I go, these rooms are packed.
04:18There are three and four times more people than I've ever seen at political events.
04:23We have people who have never participated in politics coming out of the woodwork saying,
04:27this is a moral moment.
04:28What can I do to help?
04:30We have 10,000 Alaskans who are involved in the world.
04:41Going through the door and phone banking, and that's exactly how we're going to win this race.
