00:00He, Bonds, and Clemens, right?
00:02They've all been stuck.
00:03I think the most that they got in terms of the voting is 40%.
00:07Now, A-Rod still has some time,
00:08and maybe the voting block becomes more forgiving
00:13as the older guys die off and younger people get the vote.
00:17Maybe.
00:18I don't know.
00:19That's why I've told Alec, I said it on the air,
00:22and I've said it to him privately,
00:26come back for one at bat.
00:29I'm sure the Marlins would love to pack the place.
00:31He's in unbelievable shape.
00:33He's in the same shape he was in when he played.
00:36Come back for one at bat.
00:37If you come back for one at bat, then you restart the clock.
00:42Then it takes five more years before you're eligible for the Hall of Fame,
00:45and then you've got 10 more years of being on the ballot.
00:48That gives you 15 more years if you get one at bat.
00:53Right now, his clock is running.
00:55He's almost out of time,
00:56and I don't think he's going to make it up to 75% to get in.
01:00Let's go.
01:00Let's go.
01:00Let's go.
