00:00Looking back after the coronation night, what are the adjustments that you've been facing and preparing for, especially with the
00:10upcoming pageant?
00:13A big adjustment for me is I really love to talk and sometimes even ramble.
00:18So I've been working hard with my Q&A coaches, both at B&D training as well as with Attorney
00:26Nad from Empire, to make sure that my answers are as impactful as possible.
00:31Additionally, I want to make sure I'm as strong as possible for the fight in Puerto Rico.
00:36So I've also been working out a lot, making sure that I'm training so that I'm not just, you know,
00:43standing tall, but standing tall with strength.
00:45Do you still get nervous when you practice for the Q&A?
00:50I was really surprised competing for Miss Universe Philippines because I love public speaking.
00:55I was part of competitive debate all throughout high school and university, but there is nothing that can prepare you
01:01for when the lights hit you at MOA Arena.
01:04So I've been trying to speak publicly as much as possible to make sure that I'm really at ease for
01:10the international competition.
01:12What part of the preparation process stood out to you the most?
01:18It's honestly Pasarela because the performance and the walk is something that I've struggled with a lot throughout my different
01:27pageants.
01:28And working with my trainer, Ian Mendahar, it's really taught me to be more mindful of what my body is
01:35doing and make sure that I'm really living in the moment,
01:38even when all of those nerves are hitting you on stage.
