00:26as diplomatic efforts to end the conflict and fully reopen the Strait have continued to stall.
00:33However, Iran has again rejected Trump's latest claims. According to a post on X by Iran's
00:38Persian Gulf Strait Authority, the Strait of Hormuz, quote, remains blocked and will not be opened
00:44until Iran's conditions are accepted. Amid their contradictory claims, data from a trade intelligence
00:51firm revealed that maritime traffic via the Strait of Hormuz was closed to a three-month low.
00:56Only 13 ships passed across the Strait on Tuesday, around 90%, fewer than the daily average of
01:03130 prior to the U.S. and Israel attacking Iran on February 28, after which Tehran effectively
01:11closed the Strait.
