00:24That's going to make a run into an area near the Lesser Antilles.
00:27There's a pretty good chance of this becoming a tropical depression or a tropical storm.
00:30Barely north of its location, we've got a lot of dry air, a lot of wind shear.
00:35There's some wind shear in the Caribbean, too.
00:37So there are some obstacles in the path of this storm.
00:39But for a period of time, it may continue to organize.
00:44And we'll probably see a tropical depression.
00:46It may be a depression as it enters the eastern Caribbean.
00:49Then it'll encounter some wind shear.
00:52And we're going to probably have a hard time tracking it too much farther west
00:55because it'll probably lose intensity somewhere near the greater Antilles,
01:00which would be a good thing.
01:00There will be some locally heavy rain, medium risk of impacts there into the eastern leewards.
