00:23Alright to start off, tell us more about your business journey.
00:25We do offer premium gold like from Japan, Italy, Turkey, Hong Kong, Saudi
00:31and natural diamonds and love-grown diamonds and precious gemstones.
00:36Wow! How long have you been in the business?
00:39Online, we started 2020 pandemic but I have a corporate work by then.
00:46I'm a previous president of an IT company.
00:50Previous to that, I'm a digital experience head in a company
00:54and also I work in multinational companies.
00:56So what made you decide to shift to business
00:59coming from a different background year 2020?
01:03Yeah, because I want to nurture na my passion.
01:06I already got 20 plus years of a corporate life experience.
01:11So I want to already pursue my own dreams and work for myself.
01:17Kasi of course yung skills, talents natin, we are devoting to other business, right?
01:22Which is not bad because we're compensated.
01:25But of course, as we grow older, we grow wiser, we want our own business naman to flourish.
01:31How was the transition?
01:33Wala rin namang madali sa umpisa, lalo na kapag talagang kakapain mo pa ang negosyo.

01:39Not really that much because I came from corporate world
01:43and I work from direct selling company to direct selling company.
01:48So in essence, I know how to sell.
01:51And also in IT, you have to sell your projects, diba?
01:54Because it's technology.
01:56Not everybody is well-versed in technology.
01:59What is your unforgettable challenge while doing this business of yours?
02:03The unforgettable challenge will be starting from zero.
02:07So in essence, you have to gain the customer trust.
02:10You have to get a reputable and really reliable suppliers, both locally and internationally.
02:16You have to improve.
02:19You don't have to be mediocre.
02:21Kasi pag naging mediocre ka, may iwanan ka.
02:24So everybody is evolving.
02:26You should also raise your standards.
02:28And also getting positive and negative feedbacks.
02:31You have to focus in.
02:33Sa yung strength mo?
02:34And how do I further improve?
02:35About the negative feedbacks, you have to be accountable,
02:38take into action, respectfully answer,
02:41kung saan ka man yung mga constructive feedback na dapat mong i-address para sa company.

02:48mag-negosyo ang bawat mamamayang Pilipino
02:50if you're gonna base it on your own experience?
02:53Hindi naman tayo habang buhay magiging empleyado.
02:57Kasi siyempre, we wish to have our own.
03:00Kasi of course, pag-employee ka, meron kang time for you to retire.
03:06Pero pag-negosyante ka, nasa sa'yo yan, nasa timeline mo yan,
03:10nasa sarili mong pagsisikap yan,
03:13nasa sarili mong effort yan on how you will grow big.
03:16And magbe-benefit yan, hindi lang ikaw,
03:18pati yung mga tao sa paligid mo, yung family mo,
03:20at those yung mga gusto mo pang tulungan.
03:25Walang instant na tagumpay,
03:27lahat ng matatag at successful na negosyo
03:30ay pinagtatrabahuhan at pinaghihirapan.
