00:00I want to go back to something you said that's very interesting. It's one of my favorite things
00:02about you. You said, I know who I am. You know who you are and what you want to do.
00:06It's like
00:06the rest of your life is easy. You just, you already know who you are. You know what you want
00:09to do. You just wake up and you get after that goal. If you don't know who you are, the
00:14world
00:14will tell you. And it may not be an answer you want. The world is noisy, especially when you
00:20have a certain level of visibility. It projects onto you as much as it receives you. So I think
00:27you have to do the work of really getting to know yourself and what feels right. Some
00:34of the hardest decisions I've taken, and sometimes it's really about saying no and setting boundaries
00:39or changing course. When those decisions, regardless of how hard they are, align with your values,
00:47it always feels good. Like it's hard. It can be difficult, but you never question it. You
00:53never second guess and you don't look back and wonder what if. It's the decisions you
00:57take that don't fully feel right, that don't align with your true self, with those core values
01:07that you hold. Those are the things that I think you always regret.
01:11that.
