00:22Guys, I was just speaking on the way here, what would I say today? Some of you heard me speak
00:26before, some of you know you to your setup.
00:29I thought, what can I offer, you know, all of you, your experienced team here, what the A&E team
00:35bring, Gareth, what can I say that could help you in a way?
00:39I was on the school run this morning with the children and I said, what should I say to the
00:43A&E team today?
00:44The best bit of advice I got to ask you was to eat twice the amount you normally eat.
00:50And then I had visions of all of you running around like massive-made tummies and loads of stitches on
00:55the pitch,
00:56so I think maybe take my youngest kind of advice with a pitch of salt, taking around the physio team.
01:03You know, tournament football, it's a big deal. All of you have had fantastic seasons.
01:09I've seen every single one that you've played this season, you've all done amazingly well.
01:13Club football is now here, then tournament football is over here.
01:18And as some of you know way better than anyone else in front, tournament football is brutal.
01:24It requires a lot more than you've already given.
01:27You know how long of the seasons it is, and I'm going to ask you to go again.
01:31You know, it's going to be difficult, it's going to be fun, it's going to be challenging, it's going to
01:35be everything that you've ever dreamed of,
01:38you know, wearing that English shirt, and everything.
01:41All the experiences you've had at club football have been an evening back of your head going,
01:45and I'm going to have to draw on those experiences.
01:48I think the biggest thing I've known from coming and seeing you guys over the years,
01:51and everything interesting that I've been into is the togetherness, and I get that.
01:55You know, what Gareth has instilled in all of you over the years, I really feel you're a unit.
02:00You fight for each other, you play for each other, and you really care about putting that shirt on.
02:06And I just want you guys to know how much it means that everyone back here,
02:10you go out there, give it your all, play for the shirt, play for each other, play for the country.
02:16Because everyone's behind you, and we care about what we're going to do.
02:20And I think, you need to know also, you know, even a team has a target at the back, everyone
02:25wants to beat us.
02:27So, when you step on that pitch, you're going to be, you're going to want to be, you know, laughed,
02:32they're going to want to be up to you.
02:33And you guys, you've got all the talent in the world, you're a great squad.
02:37But the talent in the moment is there, it's one of them.
02:40And so, whatever you can do, draw those experiences in other parts of your life, growing up,
02:44other inspirations, other people, family members, whatever it is, you know, get that in you right now.
02:50Build it up on it, pump yourself up.
02:52Because you never know what you might do, you know.
02:55But listen, I'm around it.
