00:00Morning guys! River, say morning. Morning! I thought you might like a little video
00:08about how much work goes into making the humble honey. This honey I pulled
00:16about, what is it, seven o'clock in the morning now, I pulled it about 14 hours
00:20ago and yeah a lot goes into it. The bees have been busy. Enjoy this little video.
00:26We've got some more honey, looking busy. The wildflowers have come up now but
00:31they'll go further afield than that, they'll go miles away. Add these little
00:37taps. I'm just going to tap off the two central ones and push that in.
00:55And then the bees will come out.
01:02This one goes to the very top.
01:03The wildflowers have been the best.
01:07The wildflowers have been taken into a few hours.
01:08The wildflowers, the wildflowers, the wildflowers, and the wildflowers.
01:23I learned that the wildflowers have been herekening up there.
01:42So you can see this is not really annoying or upsetting the bees. Nine jars from just
01:52three frames and those frames were also pulled about two weeks ago. So this will
01:57be the last of the rape honey and from now onwards things get a bit more
02:03exciting. You'll see different coloured honeys, you'll have more dynamic flavours.
02:10So once you've pulled the honey you can put the wrench back in at the top, push it all the
02:16way back down,
02:16nice and gently, then you put it back as a perfect hexagon.
